The big apartment .very good location. near to everything. Konstantine is a very responsible and hospitable person. We liked the stay very much and recommend it to everyone especially to family with kids.

The place is very beautiful, clean and peaceful. Manana was very helpful with everything involved and always responded quickly to any inqueries (in fluent german). We will definitely book this place again! Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an accommodation in Bakuriani or near Borjomi. We arrived late and could check in comfortably. Everything was clean and waiting for us. The fireplace was really cosy. Strongly recommend it! Also in terms of Bakuriani, you can find everything you need - supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies, etc. Very nice village in the mountains.

Nice house suitable for quite big company. We were celebrating new year and the house was lovely decorated! The location is also good, in a quiet place, however near from the ski activities.

Apparently, the hosts themselves often live with children in this house and it is very habitable and cozy. The children were glad that there are a lot of toys in the house. The hostess provided a baby chair, cradle, bathtub, thank you very much! Among the small disadvantages: the house smells of mold, minor repairs of the faucet in the kitchen are also required and there is a strong smell of sewage in the toilets.

everything is great, the location is top, clean, great furniture and bedding, a very nice 24-hour store right in the same building. The only thing is that maybe I misunderstood the listing and thought that access to the pool in the same building is included in the price of the apartment, but I made a mistake.

Clean, nice apartment in Crystal resort. I have been in several apartments in Crystal complex, but this was the best apartment, where I stayed. Apartment has big balcony with nice view. Yes, you should take with you your own towels (or take from reception for fee) and hygiene stuff like toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, but such situation is in all Crystal apartments. We will definitely next time come also to this apartment.

The apartment was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and well-kept, making our weekend stay a pleasure. I accidentally listed the wrong number of guests, but within 15 minutes, extra bedding and towels were delivered. The complex also has a pool and spa, just 10 GEL per person for an hour — a perfect way to finish day!

Apartment is pretty good and the location is perfect. Spa at Orbi residence is not good (no sauna, bad hamam, normal pool). Overall, staying was good. Hope to come back again.

The house is very nice. It's right next to the slopes, ski lift and ski rental. The house is very clean and new. In the kitchen is everything you need. And the surroundings are beautiful. This is definitely recommended.

Excellent apartment. 👍 Everything corresponds to the description. I can safely recommend. The house is located near Tatra lift and Cristal hotel complex. It is quite close to the grocery store Nikora. The apartment is warm, quiet, there are no problems in either electricity or water or the Internet. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable. Good furniture, comfortable mattresses, comfortable table for work and food. The kitchen had everything I needed. There were always spaces in the free parking lot. The whole time we lived, the Tatra rope tow was not working. As they explained to us, this is a problematic lift; it is very rarely used. You shouldn't rely on him. Although it combines 3 ski areas. House is close to the Crystal ski lift. But it is not part of the MTA system. I was on car. It takes 5-7 minutes to get to Didveli and 10-15 minutes to Kokhta or Mitarbi. Parking is free everywhere. I can recommend this apartment, if you are willing to go by car/taxi/bus to the ski areas.

Great place to stay in Bakuriani. Tastefully designed, high quality, brand new construction (2019). Very comfortable, plenty of space, beautiful surrounds. The location is secluded while still being very central, basically 5-7 minutes drive to anything you could want - great skiing, restaurants, family activities, etc. Or you can just relax and enjoy the house and the surrounding area. Zurab was always nearby, quick with communications and very accommodating regarding check-in/check-out time and made sure we were comfortable. One note - in winter, the roads leading up to the house may be a bit bumpy/snowy... AWD vehicle is best if possible, but I'm sure Zurab will get you up the hill to the house if your car isn't up to the task. Overall, great stay, beautiful place to enjoy all Bakuriani has to offer. Highly recommended.
