Perfect stay for a family Peaceful, luxury villa with a wonderful view, amazingly clean, Lia ( the house keeper) is a lovely lady who had her own cow and chicken. The kids enjoyed the experience of milking the cow at walking distance from the villa. Excellent communication 24/7 from the host. Definitely to be repeated. Zaher

Great place and good for families but far from Bergumi and there is no air conditioning

Great place to stay in Bakuriani. Tastefully designed, high quality, brand new construction (2019). Very comfortable, plenty of space, beautiful surrounds. The location is secluded while still being very central, basically 5-7 minutes drive to anything you could want - great skiing, restaurants, family activities, etc. Or you can just relax and enjoy the house and the surrounding area. Zurab was always nearby, quick with communications and very accommodating regarding check-in/check-out time and made sure we were comfortable. One note - in winter, the roads leading up to the house may be a bit bumpy/snowy... AWD vehicle is best if possible, but I'm sure Zurab will get you up the hill to the house if your car isn't up to the task. Overall, great stay, beautiful place to enjoy all Bakuriani has to offer. Highly recommended.

This place was amazing! We were warmly welcomed with delicious Georgian breads and wine. They really took care of us: treating us on the most delicious food, warning us for upcoming snow in advance, they even paved the snow of the outdoor playground and gave us a sledge for the children. The location is amazing, beautifully surrounded by mountains and very peaceful. And the house was so cosy and clean - we immediately felt at home. Thank you so much! We hope to come back one day.🙏❤️

Arrived in the evening when it was dark. The host met us by car to escort our car (it was probably quite difficult to come by phone). Very warm-hearted people, in addition to wine treats and breakfast, went and got mineral water. A separate plus for traveling with children there is a playground for children, which is most likely a rare rarity. It is a pity that it turned out for 1 day, I would have enjoyed a few days
