In proximity to Jerusalem's trendy shops, bars and (kosher) Restaurants (3 min). In walking distance to the Old-City (30 min), and the Jerusalem Theatre (15min). The bus to city center is across the street. The apartment views the promenade/park of the old Railway line. Despite its central location it is quiet and not facing the main street. On site resident restricted, free and safe parking. 1 block from Orthodox and Rephormic synagogue (3 min ) We are also happy to provide cleaning and meal reservations upon request (additional payment required). Baka/Emek Refaim Jerusalem

My place is near the lively German Colony, the center of Jerusalem, and the Old City, but still recessed enough from that area to avoid traffic or other noise of that type. It overlooks a pedestrian/bicycle/jogging park that runs for several kilometers. It is also beside another smaller park. Be aware that it is a walk-up to the fourth floor. The advantage here is that it has great views front and back. The building itself is undistinguished, but the apartment has been renovated completely.

A private outdoor deck is featured, surrounded by lush greenery and flowering plants. A large green umbrella provides shade over a round table with four chairs, creating an inviting space for relaxation or dining.

Jerusalem at your fingertips. 3 minutes walk to Emek Refaim 3 minutes walk to Derech Beit Lehem 30 minute walk to Mamilla 10 minute walk from the First Station The apartment is on the 2nd floor (walk up) with a few stairs to the entrance of the building (there is no elevator). It has two balconies, which allow for both indoor and outdoor living.

A modern bathroom features a glass shower enclosure alongside a wall-mounted toilet. A compact sink with storage is positioned, and toiletries are neatly arranged on a shelf. Towel bars hold fresh towels, contributing to a clean and functional space.

Comfy and well-equipped, with central air conditioning, full underfloor heating, recliner sofas and private parking. Located in the beautiful Baka, walking distance from The German Colony and Talbiya where you can find many restaurants, cafes, theaters, bars. Also 5 min walking from Talpiot-a huge commercial center, you can get there anything you need and go shopping. you can get very easily to the old city for site seeing, still walking distance but transportation is recommended.

A wide pathway is lined with trees and greenery, creating a serene transition from urban to natural elements. Benches are visible throughout the area, alongside irregularly shaped stones that add texture to the landscape. Soft clouds drift across the blue sky above.

We loved our stay at Eszter's place! It was clean and had everything we needed. Use of the expansive patio was an added bonus and the cherries left for us was such a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Jerusalem.

The apartment is very nice and new, very clean. The location is great: 2 minutes walk to the main street of the neighborhood. Peaceful surroundings near a busy street. The host was very responsive, always ready to help. We have enjoyed our visit a lot!

Zion’s apartment is an IDEAL location in a wonderful neighborhood! You can enjoy a walk to get anything you need and encounter friendly shopkeepers and neighbors along the way. Edna and Zion are accommodating and helpful throughout your stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was my second stay at Tuba Apartments, and just like the first time, everything went smoothly. Rami is a great host—friendly, responsive, and made check-in quick and easy. The apartment is in an unbeatable location—less than a 5-minute walk to the Holy Sepulcher and close to all shops, markets, and supermarkets. Super convenient and comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!
