Bungalow vacation rentals in Baja California Sur

Loved our stay! The location was amazing. As kite surfers we did have to end up getting transportation to some of the beaches further north. There is kiting within a couple minutes walk but the wind is directly onshore there so not ideal for beginners but doable. Ernesto was very responsive to our inquiries for more blankets and wifi assistance. It would have been nice to have better cooking options in the room. There is a hot plate but it took forever to heat up. Overall a really great place to stay, I highly recommend!!

I would 100% stay at James and Tish's place at Cerritos Surf Town again! Fabulous view, beach, pool, location and ammenities.

What a wonderful spot. Everything we needed for our two night stay. Easy walk to the beach and cafe nearby. Pool is beautiful. We look forward to coming back.

The hot tubs were great at the end of the day. The area is pretty cold at night. The room is equipped with all needed amenities. A big cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and everything you need to cook with. A full size fridge!! The accommodations were clean and all the cleaning supplies you would need for an extended stay. Hot water on demand. Wi-Fi was consistent and strong with a repeater right in our room. Great signal even from the roof. Bed was hard. If we were staying longer, we’d buy a foam topper. Earplugs are a must. The echo in the cinder block structure is loud. At night, even in a detached building, we can hear the neighbours peeing. 😂Just be aware, be considerate and bring some earplugs.

Beautiful spot, lots of birds

The bungalow was just as promised. Basic accommodations in a fabulous location. The king bed was exceptionally comfortable. Very safe - we enjoyed walking around the area and visiting with locals and other visitors. We hit Super Munchies each morning for a cup or coffee/tea. WIFI signal exceeded my expectations. Tips for travelers: Request additional towels for the bungalow during your stay - or bring your own. Find out if there is any construction going on in the area - if that type of noise would be bothersome to you.

My dad and I stayed at Ellen and Mike’s place and loved it! It is a cozy little casita, away from all the big resorts. Short walk from the beach, which was beautiful! We enjoyed the yoga classes at Jardin Del Mar, which were taught by awesome teachers. Mike and Ellen were incredibly friendly and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for something different than a big resort vibe. Also bring a coffee maker with you!

Jay and Fiona's Tres Casitas is in an awesome location steps from the best beach in town for walking, and close to the biking trails. The walled garden and rooftop patio are beautiful and peaceful settings to relax. Jay went out of his way to take me mountain biking on the incredible trail system north of El Sargento many times over our stay, and he and Fiona were gracious hosts. We immediately missed their place as we were driving away and hope we can stay at their place again soon!

We had a great stay with Francesca and would recommend their Casita. Great quite location with a nice view across the town and sunsets. They have a beautifully maintained property considering they are in a very dry area of the Baja and the animals and trampoline were a definite highlight for our kids. It was fun to spend time in a real tiny home, but it was plenty for our family of 5. Francesca was a wonderful host. Thank you

The apartment is outside the center and you need a car to get there, but it is very nice and it was very pleasant to stay here. The terrace and small pool allow you to relax well. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect.

We stayed for a month and all I can say is we felt like home! This bungalow is beautiful and spacious, my children loved the pool and we did too! The vibe is super calm and quiet, perfect to relax. The place is also close to the super markets, pharmacies, restaurants. Tina was really nice and helped us whenever we needed to. I definitely recommend everyone to stay here! The price is affordable and worth it 👌 We look forward to come back soon 🙏✨️

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful place! The scenery is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and plenty of hiking trails to explore. I especially enjoyed watching the birds and even spotted a few foxes during my stay. The host was amazing—very responsive and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Frances's place is a pretty casita right in the middle of an area convenient to excellent restaurants, and close enough to other activities. We walked to the beach, and to a wonderful coffee shop just a block away for breakfast every morning we were there. The casita is comfortable, with a great outdoor but shaded living room by the pool to relax in. Frances gave us recommendations for restaurants and every one of them was excellent. (Go to the Green Room and order the Rosalito beach rolls!) We would definitely stay there again!

Casa Fénix is a wonderful place to stay in LB. It’s walking to distance to the beach, tiendas and restaurants and a short ride to other places north and south of Los Barriles. Carol is a great host and Fran was always responsive whenever we had questions or needed something. The swimming pool can’t be beat especially during the hot parts of the day. We love staying there on our vacations and will stay there again next time if it’s available. Thanks Carol and Fran.

The cabanas in Cabo Pulmo are perfect for a stay in the beautiful little village. In a few steps, you will be on the beach and with many diving and snorkeling providers. The property has everything you need. The small kitchen is also very practical - but it is best to stock up before your stay, in Cabo Pulmo there is only a small shop with the bare essentials. The property also has a small cafe that offers delicious breakfast. Thank you so much for everything! :)
