We are located 4 miles from the Cochise Stronghold Mountains, The Chiricahua National Monument to the East is 45 minutes away. Our small town of Sunsites host the Iron Skillet which serves breakfast and lunch ,while TJ's bar and grill serves meals all day. Wonderful BBQ! Lots of History with Tombstone just an hour away. Perched on the mountain, The Hill House with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. This unit is located at the end of a road with no traffic and is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink internet. Parking is on site. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old, No A/C, solar powered unit.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Cozy Rio Rico guesthouse with a view

This spacious guesthouse is in an ideal rural setting. Located near the Mexican border, the art community at Tubac, and the old Spanish mission of Tumacacori, there is lots to see and do. (Not to mention many good golf courses.) I am looking forward to your visit! To make your stay both pleasant and sanitary I steam clean floors, sani-wash all linens and towels, and wipe counters, sinks and toilet with sanitizer spray. Rest easy here!
