This is the perfect beach escape for a couple or small family. This spacious apartment is on the beach with a private balcony and direct ocean view. Comfortably accommodates 2 people, with a maximum occupancy of 4 people (2 people will sleep on single sofa beds in the living room). It has a bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, a living room with ocean views, with two sofa beds, TV, table, and chairs. NOTE! This apartment does NOT have a kitchen; it does have a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. No pets.

Fully-stocked kitchen, Mexican style murals/art, fountain, wraparound balcony, clean and cozy.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

"Casa Mar" is a unique Mexican style home with arched doorways, locally made floor tiles and woodwork throughout, and modern with all amenities. The ocean view upon entering the house takes your breath away. All three bedrooms have king- size beds and bathrooms with walk-in showers. The terraces offer seclusion for sunbathing and relaxing in the hot tub. Enjoy three outdoor dining areas including the rooftop. The lower terrace has a bar and king bed for a great afternoon siesta.

The Cabin Tulum is located on top of a cliff of a camping and surfing place, far from the city; however, the cabin has total privacy since this area of the cliff will only have access to you as a guest. The Tulum cabin has what is necessary to spend an unforgettable night with your partner, has a garden area with table and grill (but has no kitchen), know and you will not regret it, it will be an unforgettable memory. A Piece of Paradise in Baja on a sailboat!!

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay on my sailboat "Delirio" ( 28 ft) anchored in secluded Bahia Concepción. The ocean waves will rock you to sleep while you enjoy the beautiful night sky. The morning sun will wake you up just in time, if you are lucky, to catch a glimpse of the curious dolphins swimming by the bay. It truly is an experience like no other! Casita "Custó" (Cousteau), is brand new and has a central but quiet location. It has free access to the beach less than 200 steps away, as well as restaurants, cafes, and bars. No car is needed to enjoy the surroundings on foot. The house is completely new (2024) and ready to enjoy. The pool is now available! At the moment the pool does not have a heater :)
