Best of both worlds!

Great location- 1 mile to the beach, 1/2 mile to shops and restaurants, and less than a 1/4 mile to a park! The house is set back from the road with a good size driveway. The inside is newly renovated and we are working to finish the yard area for the summer! The house has WiFi, large yard, and a great front porch that gets a ton of sun. We’ve made great memories there over the years and are now looking to share it with others!

My stay at this home was awesome. The pictures were accurate and recent. Everything was spotless. The kitchen is very spacious with soft close cabinets and drawers. The living room furniture is very comfortable and seats several people. Everything was amazing and well organized. I visit CT several times throughout the year so I definitely will book this home again!

There are not enough stars to give to Nancy and her air b&b. This was our first experience with the app. The room was better than advertised. But what made this even more special was Nancy herself. What a sweet, kind woman. We plan on going back often. Not only to explore the Hampton area. But to make sure we have a drink around the fire pit with Nancy and her husband. Thank you again Nancy. Our group had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious home. It was spotlessly clean and well stocked with supplies. The 7 of us enjoyed gathering around a spacious table to play games in the bright roomy sunroom. It led out to a very nice patio with a comfy wicker couch and chairs. The host was very prompt in responding to us and was quick to satisfactorily address our questions. We had a wonderful,memorable time!

House was just as it looked in the pictures - beautifully decorated. Has everything needed for a vacation. Comfortable, bright and cheerful. Back yard was private. House was fully stocked with what was needed along with beach supplies in the outdoor shed. Quick walk to the beach. Would easily rent again!
