Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Bailly-Romainvilliers

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

We had a lovely stay and were really happy with the reservation. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Nacira was a wonderful host – kind, responsive, and made everything feel easy from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and we felt very welcome. Great weekend at Houari's accommodation, convenient because it has all the amenities and not far by car from the RER to reach the Disney parks. We were 3 adults and 3 children, there was everything for children (books, games, high chair, stroller) except a stair gate that would have been useful for my baby who wanted to go down alone. A blind would also have been appreciated in the baby's bedroom velux because the light woke her up at dawn. Apart from these details, we felt at home, the place is quiet and Houari welcomed us the morning of our arrival. A very friendly and smiling host who was able to be available and respond to our particular request. The instructions we received for our check-in were very clear and precise. We'll be happy to come back for a future stay in Disney.

Check-in and check-out are very easy, the host is very accommodating and available. Brigitte and Christian are very welcoming and communication is very easy and fast. The studio is very well appointed, very clean. The morning brightness issue mentioned in the previous comments has been resolved! The bedroom area is equipped with a drop-down shutter and the newly installed curtain is blackout, you can sleep in the dark without worry. Small downside regarding the water heater that turns on abruptly several times a night, but the problem should be solved after our departure, so feel free to book. Especially since, it's quite rare, the bedding is very comfortable and immaculate! A pleasant stay with very pleasant hosts.

Favorite accommodation! Spacious, clean, well-equipped, quiet, in short, it feels like home right away! Thank you to the hosts for the quality of their home and for the small touches. We'll come back if the opportunity arises again!

Great sweet accommodation. As campers, the size did not bother us, on the contrary, we found it very reassuring. Nassima always responded very quickly, which was great. Our daughter felt very comfortable in the garden. We'd love to come back !

Emma is an excellent host, always responsive and extremely friendly. The house is lovely, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Location is perfect. It’s a walkable distance into town, local restaurants and the bus stops are just outside to take you to Disneyland or to the train station into Paris. Would highly recommend

Great looking place, clean, quiet. There is a giant electric power line right outside the front yard but did not bother us and check in time is kinda late but Really loved the spot super well equipped. Would recommend trying it out here if youre headed to disney

Close to shops, restaurants and the train station but in a quiet area. We were visiting Disneyland and it was so easy to get to from the apartment. Has a lovely cafe nearby for fresh croissants. My son was happy about having the use of the Disney channel as this added to the excitement of Disneyland. Beds were very comfy and has a great shower. Plenty of little extras that made our stay more comfortable. Communication was brilliant before and throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location and how easy the buses were to find and use. Straight outside the supermarket. We bought and ate food from there mostly. Perfect for Disney Land Paris. The apartment was well equipped but just needs a baking tray or two. There wears salt and pepper and things in the apartment that helped as well as a coffee machine and pods. Apartment was fun and worked for a family of five. They provided a cot for our baby and a high chair. Tony responded to all our questions and told me about things to do local. He helped with my questions regarding transport. We downloaded the local app for taxi’s ‘bolt’. Any issue was resolved promptly. The views from the windows were lovely. Everything was clean and tidy. In all we loved our stay and would stay again.

Catherine's accommodation is very cozy, comfortable, clean and it was very nice to arrive there after long days of walking! The neighborhood is still under construction but once finished I'm sure the shops nearby will be a plus, a bakery nearby will be great. 👍🏻

We had a very nice time in this beautiful, neat and clean apartment. Just new! In a quiet area, a short drive (10, 15 min) from Disney, large shopping center (including eateries) and the metro towards Paris. The owners are very friendly and think well with you. Respond very quickly to questions, which is nice to take care of during your vacation. We'd love to come back!

A lot of care to make the services offered available and accessible. The apartment is very well kept and its host wants it to stay that way (he's right). Thank you for the facilities, the hot drinks offered and the sweets for the children. Note that the place is very accessible by car, amenities very close such as the supermarket or the famous Moulin Jaune.

We had a fantastic stay at Daniel’s place. The apartment is a great base for visiting Disneyland or central Paris, and is very comfortable and well equipped. The surrounding area has a great selection of restaurants and a fantastic bakery at the end of the world and the large shopping centre is less than 10mins walk away. It is a pleasant 25minute walk to Disneyland or a short one stop hop on the RER. Finally, Daniel is a very welcoming host, and was flexible with a late check in following our delayed flight and also provided some great local recommendations. Highly recommended.

MINH's apartment is PERFECT. Large space, airy rooms, large living room, great bathroom and a beautiful balcony. The location is sensational, close to the market, pharmacy, bakery and, especially, the train station. We are two train stations from Disneyland Paris. Super easy and quick to get to. The apartment is a cute one. The impeccable bedding. It had everything we needed: Wi-Fi, coffee maker, iron, dishwasher, dryer... I and my family loved the stay. I'll definitely go back and super indicate. At this train station, we take a direct train to Paris. So, it's a great option for those who go to Paris too. Note 1000.

This was my second time staying at this apartment, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! The host was incredibly helpful, respectful, and quick to respond to any of our accommodation needs. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Parking in the basement is convenient and fits an average-sized car with no problem. One of my favorite features is the balcony—it’s perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee with the table and chairs set up just right. I also loved the updated decor since my last visit—it’s clear the host puts care into keeping the space fresh and welcoming. I’m already looking forward to my next trip and hope this gem is available again!
