Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Bailly-Romainvilliers

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very comfortable, clean and perfect for families with kids. Our little ones immediately felt comfortable – there was enough space to play and even a few toys on site. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and always responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Wow, what an amazing stay- we really recommend. Patricia and Frederic had great communication before we arrived and Patricia was so welcoming and friendly. We absolutely loved the garden, the hot tub (a lovely big one) and the sauna. Everything was very clean, welcoming and well equipped. We booked here due to its close location to Disneyland - it is an easy drive and takes about 25 minutes. However, we also absolutely fell in love with the house and Annet Sur Marne its self. It was great to have ‘rest days’ away from the busyness of Disney and it was great to have a soak in the hot tub after a long day. The town is beautiful and we can recommend the bakery (the lady is so friendly), the local mini supermarket and Annet pizza -all in short walking distance. There is a lovely little park very close to the house - perfect for kids. Overall a fantastic stay - thank you.

Damien is a very welcoming and available host. The accommodation is luxurious and clean. As for the garden, it is a small peaceful oasis sheltered from view. Recommended!

We had an unforgettable stay in this little paradise in Crécy-la-Chapelle. The garden is absolutely stunnind lush, peaceful, and beautifully cared for, with every corner inviting you to relax. The swimming pool was a true delight, crystal-clear and surrounded by nature. A huge thank you to Julien, the kind and attentive owner, who made us feel so welcome and ensured everything was perfect. We had a truly pleasant stay at this lovely villa! Self check-in was smooth and convenient, and we appreciated the complete privacy throughout our stay. The hosts have clearly thought of everything — from toiletries to dishes and a high chair for little ones, which made our family stay so much easier 🧼🍼🍽️ The villa is spacious, airy, and perfect for groups of all ages. The kids had a blast on the trampoline and swings 🛝, while the teenagers enjoyed the darts and billiards 🎯🎱. The jacuzzi was a big hit with everyone — a perfect way to relax after a day out 💦. We also made great use of the grill for family meals 🍔🔥 Paris is not far, just about a 30€ taxi ride 🚖, making it easy to explore the city and come back to a peaceful retreat. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to return in the future! ✨

Audrey is a great host! We rented her house for an organized bachelorette party! Everything was suitable, clean and warm, there was enough room for all the girls! Really there is nothing to say everything suited us and was great!! We loved his house. I recommend it without so much as a second thought! If you want to make your own decoration for a birthday, EVJF, baby shower or other, you can do it without hesitation!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

We had a great weekend thanks to Audrey. She was responsive and very warm. We were comfortable in the accommodation, we had enough space for 12 people. The hot tub was well heated. Very clean and very cute accommodation for a couple Perfect bathroom with sauna and jacuzzi Very pleasant and large room + very good terrace. Clearly a place to stay again when I return to Paris.

A total change of scenery, we were able to enjoy the calm and comfort offered by the estate. Good welcome and clear explanations. Perfect place, full of charm. It gave us a warm atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious. We will be back!
