Family-friendly vacation rentals in Bailly-Romainvilliers

We had a great stay and Nathalie sent me great instructions to get to and from disney which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was spacious and clean and we enjoyed a go in the hot tub when we had chance. Very friendly hosts and always responded with any questions we had thank you for having us.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Camille's castle in the forest was great! It's full of character and very quirky with the accommodation spread over a number of levels. The location in the middle of it's own little forest was perfect, and simply couldn't be any more private. The hot tub was a nice thig to have especially after a long day at Disneyland Paris, which is less than 30 mins away. If you are looking for somewhere to relax, with easy access to Paris and Disney, then I would highly recommend Camille's place.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

This apartment was the cutest place to stay at for anyone visiting the first time in Paris! It’s in a family friendly neighborhood and the building is extremely secure. Eiffel Tower is only a 10 minute walk away and there are so many different cafes and restaurants nearby. Everything from our booking, to our check in and check out was easy with Sophie! She is the absolute sweetest host and is very accommodating, considering we were a few hours late from our initial check in because of flight delays. The apartment has everything you need and the balcony is the biggest highlight! Watching the Tower sparkle every night was truly magical. We hope to be back! Thank you Sophie!

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Beautiful view. This is why we rented the place. The view. Just seeing the Eiffel Tower light up at night was amazing. The host, Sophie was very nice and responsive to our needs. Although her handy man, Mikhael, was anti American using words that I found offensive like neoNazis and idiots with gun violence. I found him very opinionated. Not much to my liking. But he did let us in and made some required necessary repairs. The furniture was a bit 1970’s-80’s ish but very well equipped right down to spices. No central air conditioning but the host provided a portable AC unit after a very hot stay. Very close to all stores. A great bakery, fruit stand, a flower shop, frozen food store that sells really good food. A grocery store, liquor store and a couple of restaurants. I was told it was more a local people’s location but I found it safe to walk the streets there and everything was within walking distance. The view. Did I mention the view and the balcony?

Comfortable bed, great location, very walkable. Very good boulangeries and patisseries in the area. My daughter loved the cafe americano at Notre Patisserie across the street. Nicolas was able to meet us early to drop off our luggage which was much appreciated. No AC, but we purchased a couple small fans at a monoprix and slept with the windows open and it was perfect. Small elevator was helpful after a long day of walking. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this apartment.

Hôte très sympathique, chambre spacieuse et très agréable. Très facile d’accéder à Paris en rer et Disney à 15min, le lieux parfait pour passer une ou des nuits entre les deux.

Amazing place!! My son and I went to Disneyland for 2 days and stayed 3 days in Vincent place! Great to come back in this amazing quit place after Disneyland! Highly recommend staying in this great creative made decor!!

Alles bestens👍. Super zentrales, ruhiges und großes Apartment in Paris. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es alles Notwendige. Verschiedene Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Markhalle, Bäcker etc. alles vorhanden. Fred ist ein sympathischer und proaktiver Gastgeber. Wir können Fred und sein Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen 👍

Fantastische plek met alles wat je nodig hebt! Echt een oase op goede afstand van de stad. Om bij te kunnen komen van de drukke stad is dit echt een aanrader Het zwembad en de tuin is heerlijk en het huis is knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi gelegen aan de rand van het bos.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal in Alexandrines Appartement. Es ist ideal für einen Kurzurlaub mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern. Das Disneyland ist sogar zu Fuß erreichbar und auch das Zentrum von Paris mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. TOP! Wir kommen gerne wieder. 😊👍

Bel appartement très bien situé dans Paris! L appartement est agréable, bien rangé et propre. La piscine est un vrai plus ! Stephanie est très accueillante !

Nous avons fait une halte de 2 nuits chez Françoise sur la route du retour des vacances et avons été ravis. Hôte très agréable, attentionnée et discrète. Elle nous a proposé de s’occuper de notre lessive, la machine ne se trouvant pas dans le logement. À notre arrivée, jus d’orange au frais et brioche nous attendaient, une délicate attention ! Le logement était propre, confortable et bien situé. Nous recommandons vivement et d’autant plus si vous avez un séjour au parc Disneyland de prévu (logement à 10min du parc en voiture). À notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de trouver du jus d’orange dans le frigo et une délicieuse brioche — de petites attentions très appréciées. Le logement était impeccable, confortable et très bien situé. Nous recommandons cette adresse sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente !

Beautiful Airbnb flat that accommodated our party of four nicely. Beautiful decor and greatly enjoyed our feline host (Lucknow). Both toilettes are at the same end of the flat so bedrooms at far end are not immediately near access to a toilette (just different layout than expected). The location is quiet but should be noted that it is on the second level of the building just above a children's preschool/daycare so there were mornings with children crying at drop offs which was mildly disruptive. Stephanie was a wonderfully accommodating and communicative host. She offered multiple suggestions for the area (shopping, dining, etc) whenever asked, prior to and during our stay. She even made arrangements for us at her delicious Indian restaurant located near Notre Dame. Overall, Stephanie's accommodations made for a spacious and comfortable stay. Merci !
