Nice little house on the edge of a wood. Very quiet. Beautiful interior, tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very functional. The dining room/living room, great. The bedroom, very good bedding. The bathroom, large shower. Lots of room to get around the house, single storey. A large private parking lot in front of the house. A beautiful terrace at the back of the house with table, chairs for eating to the birdsong, it was very nice. Regarding Stéphanie, unfortunately we couldn't meet her as we arrived very late at night and left very early in the morning, but she was very responsive to each of our messages, very good communication. We recommend++++++ and we will be back.

This place is great for the following reasons: 1. Patrice is a great host, it is very easy to communicate with, he cares because you are really good. Keeps the essence of the initial Airbnb concept 2. The location is very strategic, in minutes you are on the highway, close to supermarkets, restaurants, you have a bike path. Although the apartment is on an avenue that is busy during the day, at night you can sleep quietly there is a lot of silence. 3. The apartment is really warm and well isolated. You have everything you need to cook. The shower water comes out super hot, comfortable bed and the wifi goes great! It's definitely a place where you'll be very comfortable@
