Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

The apartment is 2 minutes from the famous Lichtentaler Allee. Bus stop 1 minute. Downtown is a 12-minute walk. It is located on the 3rd floor in the back of the building, very quiet location overlooking the countryside with balcony, parquet floor, high-speed Internet, Bluetooth speakers. No pets allowed Cleaning fees of €40 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a tourist tax of € 4.50 per person per day to be paid at check-in. Registration form must be completed.

Here solo travelers or couples will find an ideal studio . Small but very cozy. ! It is 1 room to live and sleep! Immerse yourself in the world of the Black Forest in our newly renovated apartment. The original old wooden beam ceiling radiates rustic cosiness. The new bathroom with retro tiles also fits perfectly into the ambience. Welcome to our lovingly and comfortably furnished Zwergenstübchen. The vacation home is idyllically located next to our typical Black Forest half-timbered house surrounded by forest and meadows. At an altitude of 680 m and away from the urban jungle and any everyday hustle and bustle, you can enjoy nature or discover it on your own. Explore local hiking trails or discover the Black Forest and the nearby mountain bike trail by bike.

Sauna, animals and nature in the "Lerchennest"

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house built in 1890. The small town of Aach is only 5 minutes by car from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also plenty to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna for relaxing, feeding goats or hiking together, cuddly cats and much more.
