The apartment is very well located, with private parking and secure spaces, especially for storing bicycles. The hosting was very warm and detailed. The place is very comfortable and well located 3min from the center with direct access to the beach without having to cross the street. Cleaning and comfort products are offered freely and there are discounts included for the various local shops. Really nice place very nice and quiet. We'll be back!!

My parents are extremely delighted with their stay at Le Crotoy with Michel. They loved the proximity to the beach really at the foot of the residence and the city center which is also close by. A great place to keep for a possible return to Le Crotoy. Many thanks Michel

The Accommodation is conveniently located and close to everything! All the comforts are there, nothing is missing! I recommend Villa Leuconaus for a stay in Saint Valery... moreover the hosts are very friendly! We'll be back without hesitation!
