Monthly Rentals in Baida

Perfect apartment, clean and very convenient check-in. The center is a 10-minute walk away. Roberto was very willing to postpone check-out. Highly recommended and plenty of delicious bakeries and ovens in the area for fantastic breakfasts! Only note, if you have to work and make video calls, the connection may not be very powerful, but no problem for normal browsing. Wonderful stay and highly recommended!

Silvana's place is just as described. I stayed there for a month. The price-performance ratio for a monthly stay was incredible. There was no comparison to other places. I also loved the area and location of the apartment. There is no direct proximity to bars or restaurants, so it's not as loud as most places in the city. On the weekends, there are some parties down the street, but if you can tolerate it for a couple of hours, it's nothing compared to other locations in the city. The whole city center is vibrant on the weekends.

Emanuela and her father are great hosts. Very beautiful view and location. Authentic and spacious house made with love. A nice restaurant nearby where you can have breakfasts and dinners. Highly recommended to visit.

Very nice place to stay in Palermo if you have a car.
