Vacation rentals with a patio in Baia Domizia

We spent 9 nights in Maurizio's apartment and felt very much at home. The apartment is generously sized, has a large terrace, is very clean and renovated. There were four of us with 2 small children and the apartment was very good for us. The beach is a few minutes away on foot, as well as nice restaurants and a small supermarket. Bus stop is directly outside. The street is a bit noisy and a few times a week you can hear music in the evening, but the bedroom faces back and the kids slept very well with windows. In the bedroom there is even air conditioning but the rooms are nice and cool and we didn't need it. Maurizio is a great host, very helpful, chatty and willing to accommodate any need. We got great tips and enjoyed our stay in Ischia!

The apartment was fantastic and better than we had expected. Very relaxing and comfortable. Supermarket across the road. Five mins from the beach and town. Very well stocked and easy place to stay. Recommended

Anna has been an amazing host! Super pending, friendly, kind and responding quickly, he helped us with every question we had and gave us recommendations!! Everything super clear :) The apartment area is ideal to know Naples, you can walk to all the points of interest. Comfortable apartment! We were also able to park the car super close by. We recommend Anna's place!

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was everything we needed, clean, and simple. The location was a little outside the centre, but we loved the cozy neighborhood and it was easy to take the buss and metro:)

The upstairs apartment is very nice. We really liked the terrace: you can see the stars and the moon, it is very relaxing to sit there at night and hear the crickets singing. The children were very comfortable: the garden and pool were ideal for them. The dog was also able to enjoy green spaces, without having to wear a leash. Silvio was always charming, despite the hustle and bustle of the children and occasional barking from Bruma. Thank you Silvio! :-)

Luigi and Elena were so proactive in checking with us to make sure everything was going alright. We were a little apprehensive about the location because of some previous guest’s remarks, but my daughter and I had no issues with the location going around Naples from the apartment and we were there for 4 nights.

Everything was great, the apartment, location, host. I would definitely come back.

The location is excellent, there are many things accessible by walking and the apartment much larger than the photos reflect. The entrance is a little confusing and has many very narrow stairs. In general, I would recommend it and the hosts cared for us very well.

Alberico and Arianna were wonderful hosts!! The place was in the perfect spot in Positano. They were great at communicating, made check in easy, and sent lots of recommendations of good restaurants. The place was absolutely beautiful and the hot tub was an added bonus!! 10/10 can’t recommend enough!!

Marina’s air b and b was great. The place was very clean and tidy, she provided me with some food in the house upon arrival, and the view is spectacular. 100 percent recommend staying here. She also helped me with my bags given that it is a bit of a walk to the house from the street, and she was very friendly

Had a great stay here. Amazing views, easy access to town (although requires some fitness to go up stairs like much of Positano), easy check in, and sufficiently equipped kitchen to cook meals at home is you’re looking to avoid expensive restaurants.

Wow. This place was fantastic. Very clean, spacious and the views are incredible, better than the pictures honestly. The large walk out patio with retractable awning give you the perfect place to hang out before or after all of the steps. Yes, this is quite a walk from the beach (30ish mins), but there’s a small grocery shop right down the street and a great restaurant steps from the entrance to this place. There is a bus stop just down the street and that bus will take you down the mountain if you’d like. We walked up and down every day and after the first day we were used to it. You’re expecting to walk a lot in Positano after all. Our only complaint was that we ran out of coffee pods for the coffee maker after day 2 (we stayed for 7) and couldn’t find any compatable pods in any of the nearby shops so we just had to get our coffee each morning from the bar about a ten minute walk from here. Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

The location allows you to have a breathtaking view, very nice apartment, you feel at home. The terrace is unparalleled, despite it being December/January being there is a positive touch for the soul. You can walk to town in a few minutes (you have more than one route to choose from) without having the nightmare of parking. Or you can take a walk along the road and enjoy the scenery at any time. I highly recommend this location. Only limit: words are not enough to compliment Mena, an exceptional host.

We had a wonderful stay in Naples thanks to this beautiful apartment and its impeccable host. The apartment is well cared for in every detail, very clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home. The location is ideal for visiting the city, but what makes it really special is the unique atmosphere you can experience in the beating heart of Naples. Special thanks go to the host, who was very kind, always available and attentive to every need. He welcomed us warmly and also provided us with great tips on where to go and where to eat. It is clear that he puts passion and care into what he does, and this really makes a difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Naples in an authentic setting

The place had amazing views and lots of comfort! We stayed there for a week of home office, had great internet connection and comfortable spots to work in :) The area is very safe as well, we had good parking spots for the car! The location was also great to do trips, Positano is only 30 minutes, sorrento 10, and starting point of nice hikes 15 min away. The hot tub was a very nice addition too for relaxing in the evenings! The only negative we found was the smell of the house, it is a bit older and built into the side of the mountain so naturally has a bit of smell. It’s not too bad, I would just recommend to open windows a lot 😊

We really felt at home. The apartment is clean and really cozy. Equipped with everything you need. Giacomo is much more than kind, he advised us on the best way to reach the apartment (I would not want to write it so as not to make it sound like an included service but he picked us up at the station and accompanied us on the day of departure). He provided us with directions to nearby amenities and restaurants. Always ready to respond to each request. The best Airbnb I've ever lived in. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay at Fabrizio’s apartment. A highlight was when he greeted us and carried both of our 20kg bags up the stairs at the same time. He gave great local recommendations. The apartment was spacious, looked like the photos, and clean. Beds were comfy. Great to have outdoor area via balcony. Very central. Would love to stay again!
