Great place to rest. Condomínio super complete and facing the sea. Beach is wonderful, clean, little mess, hot water, very safe. The apartment is very spacious, all air-conditioned, a delight. You just need to improve the linen, better sheets, towels and others. I'll be back for sure !!!!

We stayed at Emmanuel’s place with our two kids (4 months old and 3 years old) and it was delightful. Building There’s plenty to do at the building itself. We used mostly the outdoor and indoor playgrounds, as well as the kids swimming pool, where the water slide was a hit. The place doesn’t have a restaurant but there’s a convenience store next door and a couple of restaurants just a stroll away serving the freshest seafood. Apartment The apartment was clean and had everything we needed: from kitchen appliances and cutlery to fresh towels and linens. What surprised us the most was the warm water in the shower - a rare find in João Pessoa. Also, if you have kids: the balcony has a safety net 👍🏼 Area The area is best discovered with a car. Public transport isn’t either reliable or safe - not specific to this area. There are a few attractions around, but the area is best for those looking for tranquil beach holidays - I don’t know what it is like in the Summer though.

We've had a magnificent stay and would definitely come back. Flat is well furnished, comfortable beds, well located in a safe area on a walking distance from the sea, supermarket and pharmacies. The terrace area with a swimming pool and a barbecue area was a plus. The host, Manuel, is super friendly, helpful and proactive. We had a very late check-in and he made sure to greet us in person. One of my best Airbnb experience and I highly recommend the place.

Ana Luísa was super helpful at all times. The entrance to the building and the apartment is facilitated with a virtual key and the proactivity of Ana Luísa was great to guide us when we had doubts. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a very good cabinet space, including in the bedroom. We had a few one-off issues that were quickly resolved. The only issue that is not related to the apartment itself, but to the empty land next to it and the works of the city hall, was that one of the guests was a smoker and needed to go to the street to smoke. The works and the empty terrain left the street empty at night, and a little erma. Other than that, everything was just great.

Neide is an excellent host: attentive, helpful and responds super fast. The apartment is beautiful, new, well decorated and equipped. I felt at home! Intermares is a quiet neighborhood, excellent for practicing physical activities by the sea. I recommend it to everyone who likes tranquility!

The apartment is perfect, clean, accommodates well and is super comfortable for 6 people, Adelino André, the most attentive host I've ever had, answered messages super fast, congratulations André! I loved it and we will definitely be back.

the house is very good, there is a lot of space when I went, there was no internet, which was a huge discomfort, but the host is very good, she offered reimbursement for the service that was not available. There were also a lot of power outages, although the house had nothing to do with the city's structure problems.

Our stay was perfect, my family and I felt at home! The apartment is super comfortable, we didn't miss anything. It's super quiet to prepare meals, while the wine is chilling in the minibar, then just enjoy the food and a wonderful view through the living room window. Speaking of views, we were graced with beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the Rooftop area, an area that surprised us, as it is much better than in the photos here. Another point to be praised is the building staff, extremely polite and helpful. The host is also very polite and easy to communicate with. Our only complaint is that Édypo didn't let us stay longer! 🤣 We spent 1 month and wanted more, but it's so good there that there were no more vacancies!! We will definitely be back soon!

The stay was very good and quiet. Romualdo was very helpful and always responded quickly. We learned at the last minute that the pool was under maintenance and it was the only disadvantage, otherwise it was excellent!

The apartment is well decorated and very comfortable, with excellent linens and a very well-equipped kitchen with top-notch appliances. Dayenne responded quickly every time we needed her. Covered building garage, two excellent parking spaces. Impeccable swimming pool and barbecue area. We felt at home!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well-maintained and with an excellent location. It is just a few minutes from the beach, which made our tours much easier. The bed is comfortable, the shower has good pressure and the kitchen is well equipped for quick meals. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. Great option for those who want to rest with practicality and be close to the sea. I recommend it!
