Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Baguio City

We chose the Oceanaire Luxury Apartments for our Hydro La Union weekend trip, and it was a great choice. While the unpaved road to the property was a bit challenging, directions were straightforward, and the staff provided clear guidance through Airbnb. The place felt cozy and homey, and the staff were incredibly helpful—from carrying our bags, assisting with purchases from nearby stores, to grilling our food. Their service exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious, comfortably accommodating six people. The couch was perfect for lounging, and the centralized air conditioning kept the entire space cool. The clean bathroom featured a thermostat for hot and cold water, and the bidet was a highlight! The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy, and the fridge was handy for leftovers. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We highly recommend Oceanaire Luxury Apartments and would definitely book again!

There was a mix up with the booking but Charisse was able to sort it out right away. She was very responsive and flexible. The house is clean and has plenty of space for us. Just be mindful that there are about 4 flights of stairs to reach the upper bedroom. The house felt safe as its within a gated and manned area. There is a security guard at night. There were 2 dogs freely roaming around the compound and were very friendly with the guests but started barking when a delivery guy came inside the gated compound. We were amazed at how smart they were hahaha. Parking and the slope down the house can be a challenge and the wifi is very slow but we didn’t really need it. There were 2 coffee shops / cafe right across the street and Mines View Park is a walking distance. Definitely a place we will recommend!

We had a lovely and comfortable time staying at Eighty-Seven Guesthouse. We felt at home right away! The place matched the pictures and descriptions. The host was quick to communicate and we had no troubles the whole time. I highly recommend this place for a big family.

Location is perfect! Daming pwedeng mapuntahan kahit by walk lang. Plus may parking din ng sasakyan sa basement so wala kang iisipin para sa sasakyan mo. Pagpasok ng mismong unit ay maganda, malinis, mabango and kumpleto sa gamit. Super bait din kausap ni sir Nuel and ng assistant niya. Next time ulit hehe :)

The place was very relaxing, the view of the beach front is priceless. We got what we wanted as a family which is to unwind, relax and rejuvenate. The place is recommended for city dwellers who would love a refreshing weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful night here at cedar peak hotel. The room is clean and nice, the staffs are all polite and kind. The place is so convenient for us. We all enjoy our stay and took a nice sleep after a long day of walk and travel. Thank u so much Cedar peak Hotel hope to book here again next time.

Great place to stay for family or big group. Location is strategic - short ride away from local & tourist spots. There is a great restaurant at the ground floor and very cozy cafe across the street. Owner is very responsive to queries. The caretakers are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Though the place does not have any A/C or fan, but since you are in Baguio you won’t need those. Will definitely book this place again on our next trip to Baguio.

The pad was exactly what we needed for our Baguio trip. It's simple but complete with all the things you need to have a relaxing stay (working heater,internet, kitchen utensils, towels, complimentary mineral water). A big plus for the fast internet and Netflix,we had a staycation experience watching movies and series after a long day of strolling around the city. A private simple place too if you want solitude. As for the location, it's one ride away from the city center but the view from the area was very peaceful and relaxing. I also didn't mind the walking cardio going up the place. And of course a big thank you to Sir Francis who has been very accommodating from the start. Thank you Sir for all the kind assistance, and for allowing me to stay at the lobby after checkout while waitig for the taxi. Also for the assistance with our baggages. Overall, would definitely go back here :)

a beautiful and peaceful little gem of a spot. hosts were amazing and very proactive. even went out to the street to take pictures of the streets to ensure our safe and timely arrival. there's fresh fruit and things like avocado and papaya growing on their property and they allowed me to enjoy some of the fruits. the place itself is about 7 minutes away from Burnham Park by taxi and there's sari stores everywhere around. perfect location away from the noise and pollution of the main city, but close enough to enjoy everything the city has to offer! highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay at Sir Francis’ place! He graciously offered early check-in, and was incredibly responsive, even during the wee hours of the day. His warm and cheerful demeanor will make you feel instantly welcome. The unit itself was clean, cozy, and had a real homey vibe, perfect for relaxing. The beautiful scenery added to the peaceful atmosphere. The private parking with no curfew, which made the stay even more convenient. Even the staff from their other business on the property were polite and courteous. Honestly, there’s nothing negative to say, just praises all around. This place perfectly suited every need, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Sobrang smooth ng stay namin dito sa Baguio from June 1–2! Super bait at responsive ni host—very understanding and trustworthy pa. After check-out, pinayagan pa nila kami mag-iwan ng gamit para makagala kami sa city nang magaan, which we really appreciated! Yung unit, ang ganda at very comfortable. Lambot ng kama, maaliwalas yung place, at malinis yung CR. Sakto lang talaga for a relaxing stay. Location is also a big plus—walking distance lang sa Session Road, Burnham Park, at iba pang pwedeng pasyalan.

We had an excellent stay here. Room was spacious and clean. Wifi is strong, suitable for work from home set-up. Water heater working perfectly. Complete kitchen, you may cook your own food as well. Enclosed parking area was very safe. One minor hiccup we found was that check-in was a bit confusing. There is no formal reception desk but Miss Kaye was very responsive and helpful and we were able to resolve the slight confusion. Overall, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Sir Francis’s place. The WIFI is sk fast that you can actually wfh Baguio for like a couple of days without worrying about having an intermittent connection. The place is also clean. Definitely a go to accommodation and a will definitely coming back!

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotless and well-maintained everything was. The space was not only sparkling clean, but also thoughtfully arranged and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What really made the experience special, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure I felt at home. From helpful local tips to quick, friendly communication, they truly went above and beyond. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. If you’re looking for a place that’s both pristine and hosted by warm, generous people, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Sir Francis welcomed us outside the airbnb with a bright smile. He personally escorted us to our room, gave instructions and even fixed our wifi connection promptly. He is also very responsive to questions. My boyfriend said that he has a cute personality. Lol The other staff are friendly as well. The view in our room is beautiful especially during sunrise. You can cook if you want to save money. The location is 30minutes walk from Burnham Park, Session road and SM Baguio. There is no curfew, so you can maximize your day. Thank you, Sir Francis! Probably the most sulit accomodation with great beach at sunset bay resort.

We had a great time staying at Tita Perla's place. She was so nice and helpful. Accomodating and responsive to our needs, too. Would definitely recommend this place to others. I will bookmark this for next time visits. Feels like home. 🖤🖤🖤

This spot offers seamless check-in and is ideal for couples or solo adventurers seeking affordability without sacrificing comfort. However, the Wi-Fi is a bit slow. On the plus side, there's a pleasant shared balcony. Will definitely book again.
