Dez Guest House, Margahovit, Lori

This place was a home away from home - we have been on the road for months and Karo’s house was exactly what we needed. So warm and cosy, overlooking a mountain village with green valleys and snow capped peaks and the house had all the comforts including some beautifully friendly cats! Karo & his wife are kind, helpful and responsive with anything we needed. Karo even met us when we arrived which was lovely to be shown how everything works. Close drive to some beautiful hikes, I wouldn’t look any further than this lovely space for a stay close to Dilijan national park.

Great place — felt like living inside Pinterest. Not up on a hill, just a short and easy walk from downtown. Lovely yard with a table

cozy loft in Tbilisi center

IvanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The apartment is located in an old house, on the 4th floor. Due to the powerful trees growing along the street, you feel like you are in the forest. This is the Vera district, which is full of nice cafes and restaurants. If you need the old town, it's better to rent closer to it. But the old town did not seduce me, it is noisy and there is no greenery. Nice mattress and pillows. It's great that the skylights open. I think it might be hot up there in the summer, but there's air conditioning. We didn't turn it on. You have to climb a rather steep staircase to the fourth floor.

Vintage Family House

We loved the apartment, high ceilings, beautiful furnishings, large windows, two bathrooms. it was a great place to come back to after exploring the city. I liked the neighborhood feel, close to Fabrika and a Japanese bakery. Levan was responsive!

This was hands down one of the *best Airbnb experiences* we've ever had! The apartment was *spotlessly clean, beautifully designed*, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect — quiet, safe, and close to everything. But what truly made this stay exceptional was our host. From the moment we booked, she was *incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful*. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home — even leaving us small touches that showed genuine care. If you're considering staying here — don’t hesitate. This place is a gem, and the host is simply amazing. We would absolutely return again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and wonderful stay. Thank you again for everything! 🙏🙏🙏

Calm & Cool

a perfect peaceful retreat in Lorri region, surrounded by gorgeous mountains. a bunch of little walks around the house, and nearby you'll find Akhtala monastery and fortress, an absolute must visit in Armenia. the area is filled with cool hikes and monasteries to visit (Haghpat and Sanahin are a must too) Mher is extremely nice, speaks great English, very generous and helpful. he has great recommendations for beautiful spots in the region. we had a homemade dinner at his place that was delicious. highly recommended!
