This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Our stay in Camporsevoli was exceptional. Valentina met us and explained everything we needed to know about the home. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we would need. We were a family of 5, plus two grandparents, and there was so much space for us to relax. Valentina had some wonderful recommendations of places to go and things to see. If we are ever back in Tuscany, we would definitely stay here again. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!

After an exam and a lot of work, we chose Bolsena for the holiday. We couldn't have done better with Cristinas and Enrico's apartment - cozy, quiet and with a fantastic view of the lake. Its sunsets are unforgettable. The apartment is a good starting point for exploring the surrounding area. We especially enjoyed Orvieto and the beach path in Marta. Due to the preseason, it was very quiet everywhere. We were particularly pleased in the morning and evening by the multi-faceted birds chirping in the meadow behind the house! Great place and such warm hosts! Thank you so much, we will be happy to come back!

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

A wonderful place, secluded, perfect for those who want to be quiet. The garden in front of the house has sun loungers, a pergola with chairs and tables is a marvel with direct views of the lake. Eating outdoors during the sunset on Lake Bolsena was wonderful. A place I recommend to all couples who want some privacy. Not very suitable for families with small children. Convenient location to visit Viterbo, Orvieto and all the beauty of the surroundings. Hello, the managers who immediately responded to any of our questions and requests. We had a wonderful day at Paolo and Anja’s apartment. Our hosts were great. When we arrived after a long train ride, Paolo picked us up at the station, saving us the walk uphill with our luggage. The apartment itself was beautiful, on one side of a courtyard within an old medieval nunnery. The amenities were perfect, the bed comfortable, everything quiet and clean. We would like to stay there again on our next trip to Spello.

Veerle's place is truly spectacular. It beautifully combines the charm of a traditional Umbrian country house—with vaulted ceilings and a grand fireplace—with functional spaces that cater to all your needs. We stayed in the house during winter, and I can only imagine how stunning and peaceful it must be in the warmer months when the pool is open. The house is easily accessible via an asphalt road, and shops and convenience stores are just a short drive away. We strongly recommend this place and we will be back!
