Beautiful apartment in funkis-villa in cozy Kålltorp

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende med bekvämt avstånd till Göteborg city. Här kan 3-4 personer njuta av ”hemma”-känslan. Our apartment is called Pendo Amani, meaning Love and Peace, in Swahili. Pendo Amani is also a youth organization in Juja, Kenya, where there is a school called Ingemar Ericsson Learning Centre, named after Cecilia’s uncle. A part of the money our guests pay, goes to this important project, since our first guests in the apartment were friends from Kenya.

En egen lägenhetsvåning i ett hus i hjärtat av idylliska Kålltorp. Spårvagnar och bussar finns 300 meter från boendet som tar dig till centralaste Göteborg på 10-15 minuter (Ullevi, Liseberg, Centralstation, Avenyn etc). Mycket fridfullt men ändå centralt område. Det är fri parkering på gatorna utanför huset. Man har självständig tillgång till lägenheten som är på våning 2 av huset och lägenheten är på hela 75 kvm. Lägenheten är mycket ljus och är i mycket bra skick. Se bilder.

Enjoy an elegant experience at this accommodation. Free street parking and only a 15-minute tram ride to the city center. 10 minutes by tram to Liseberg and Svenska Mässan. The apartment is newly renovated and maintains a high standard. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy. Just across the street, you have access to nature. A 15-20 minute walk will take you to a lovely small bathing spot.

To public transport by bus from the stop Stora björn (21) 5 min, tram from the stop teleskopsgatan (11) 15 min. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
