The area is a bit alternative in an "up and coming" industrial area with local breweries, art galleries, street art and urban gardens. 3 bedroom in Lunden

Welcome to my home! This is where I live with my two kids. The apartment is on the 4th floor, with no elevator! You need to be in good shape ;) There is a sofa bed in the living room that is 160 cm when unfolded. In one bedroom, there is a bunk bed (suitable for children and small people). In the other bedroom, there is a 120-cm bed. Sometimes we have a dog visit, therefore I cannot guarantee allergy sufferers a carefree visit. I only rent to calm people who show good consideration for my neighbors.

The bedroom is very cozy with an en-suite bathroom. The open fireplaces and 65" TV with Netflix built in makes this place ideal for simply chilling out and relaxing. In addition, the TV room has a custom built sofa that covers the entire floor of the room! Perfect for cuddles or nights in with friends.

Bra kommunikation med spårvagn och buss in till centrum och ut till friluftsområden. Stort kök, utrustat med spis, ugn, kylskåp, frys och allt du kan tänkas behöva för de flesta typer av matlagning. Lägenheten ligger högst upp i huset. Hiss finns, men trappor sista våningen, så personer med rörelsehinder måste ta det i beaktande!

Welcome to the house's charming upper floor, where you arrive via a private entrance. The house has recently undergone an extensive renovation in a period style. This home is in the Kungsladugård, Majorna area. The park Slottsskogen is just nearby and in a few minutes you can reach Mariaplan where there are bars, restaurants and shops. It takes 15 minutes by tram to central Gothenburg. There are several grocery stores just a few blocks away.

Lev det enkla livet i detta fridfulla och centralt belägna boende. Nära till Skatås och 2 min från spårvagnshållplats där 3an och 5an tar dig in till stan. Jag har pälsallergi och kan tyvärr inte ta emot gäster som behöver ha med husdjur eller stöddjur. Lägenheten är inte "childproof". Tex finns det ömtåliga föremål och byråer och andra möbler är inte förankrad i vägg.
