We had a lovely stay at Florys' place. Everything is exactly as the photos presented. Florys is a very active and welcoming host with a lot of sympathy. He was able to meet all our expectations. Behind the somewhat daunting facade is a very nice apartment hidden!! Everything is perfectly and tastefully furnished. Spacious living room with equipped kitchen with lots of cooking utensils. Separate bedroom, large new bathroom and another outdoor space! The center of Arles is not far. The neighborhood is quiet, so the studio is in the back so not bothered by anything anyway! If we are ever in Arles again, we'd love to stay here again!

Long stay of several months that went very well, everything was ready on my arrival and my needs anticipated. Very attentive host, adorable while preserving my privacy, very responsive to every request. The accommodation is pleasant and the terrace is much appreciated. Thank you for this trip!

Very pleasant stay in an idyllic setting. We did not have the chance to meet the hosts, however communication was excellent (quick answers, good advice, very nice hosts...). I recommend it!!!

Pleasant stay in this great house! We would happily stay again! 😀 Both indoor and outdoor spaces are very well designed and very pleasant. The small village of Saint-Paul-de-Caisson is very cute and lively (restaurant, butcher, wine cellar, bakery, etc.)

Beautiful mas d 'Ardèche very well laid out. Spacious bedrooms, very green and shaded outdoor spaces, the garden and pool are accessible directly from the house and very pleasant. The house is very well located, quiet at the entrance to the village of Berrias, convenient for bakery, and water activities are quickly accessible 15 minutes by car... Communication with our hosts was very efficient and everything went perfectly well. We were 2 families, 8 people in total and the house really enjoyed everyone!

modern cottage, nicely decorated with a beautiful terrace and lawn. Quiet and secure environment (we were able to leave our mountain bikes on the terrace without worries). 100 m from an exit gate to access hiking and mountain bike trails (including Grande Traversée de l'Ardèche, GR4, and 1.5 km from the XCO mountain bike circuit). 2 heated swimming pools, 1 with slides are available. These pools are located about 300 m from the accommodation. There is a restaurant in this residence and snacks (but not open in low season, and during our stay). We enjoyed the east-facing terrace. We also came with our little dog. There are large lawns in this residence for walking, and outside in the walking paths. This property is ideally located for all the activities the area has to offer.

Perfect stay from the flexible welcome (check-in at more than 10 p.m.) and caring until checkout. Quiet, clean place and hosts are at your disposal for any requests. The cottage has all amenities including air conditioning. Recommended.

Thomas was very accommodating and was very accommodating and quick to respond to my questions and requests. The place was clean, especially the kitchen and utensils. It was a very comfortable place to stay. There were many big grocery stores nearby, so it was convenient to shop, and parking was very easy. It's a really great place to stay and I can only recommend it to others.
