AP very well located. Very beautiful and organized. Quiet and comfortable. Team of Very polite reception, supermarket at the door, next to the water park. Very well decorated, wonderful balcony. Good shower and great room. And if you have a car, you can still use the garage. Vale a lot to stay there.

Rafael's place is outstanding! The place is quiet, with pleasant surroundings and very well located — you can do everything on foot as it is close to the main points of the city. The apartment is quiet, airy, all new and very well assembled. Bed linen was clean, smelling, and the cleanliness of the space was impeccable. The gatekeepers of the building also deserve to be highlighted: super gentle, polite and always ready to help. I was very welcome throughout the stay. I definitely recommend!

I had a great experience staying at Mateus' place in Caxambu! The location is excellent, right in the city center, close to everything — restaurants, shops and a few minutes from Parque das Águas. Mateus' service was also impeccable: always attentive, helpful and available to assist with whatever was needed. I highly recommend and would definitely return!

We stayed 7 nights, it was perfect for a couple, great apartment, clean, had everything we needed. The price was also fair. I recommend and intend to return.

The accommodation is very close to the city, with everything very neat, clean, with an impeccable structure. Excellent bed, TV channel with various options, bathroom with hot water and the sensational hydro tub. The very high point of the accommodation, without a doubt, is the delicious breakfast that is served. The Host, Elisangela, is always very attentive and helpful. Point to point out is that, in my opinion, it is not a chalet, but a suite. It's a house with two en-suites. One on top and one down below. But nothing that obfuscates the beauty of the place and the excellent structure.

The accommodation exactly like the ones in the photos and the place, it's perfect, very well located, and you can get to know all the shops on foot, without having to leave with the car. We had problems with the shower, but it was resolved in less than 15 minutes. And it really is not recommended to come in times of heavy rainfall as there are many power outages in the city, but the house contains emergency lights that have worked properly. Overall we like it a lot. Worth the cost benefit.
