The Stables is a converted annex has one allocated parking space, (There is room for 2nd car close by) Stables has a 12 foot square patio area, to the rear. The Stables has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. In addition there is a sofa bed in the lounge area which is suitable for 2 young children or one adult . We welcome up to two medium or small dogs. With larger dogs please ask. For parents with babies, we provide a high chair but there is not really sufficient space for a cot.

At Saintbury Grounds Farm we have 3 self-catering holiday let properties set within the converted outbuildings of our 17th century Cotswold stone farmhouse. Cheltenham & Stratford Upon Avon are just a twenty minute drive away, making this is the perfect retreat without paying expensive Cotswold prices. The studio is built to the highest of standards at the bottom of my landscaped garden & includes underfloor heating, new furniture and basic cooking facilities. It also has a private garden area making it the perfect place to relax whatever the season.

Dog friendly self contained flat

Lovely 1 bed flat in an edge of Cotswold village, with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Sofa bed means the flat can sleep 4. There is also a single Z bed suitable for a child (please let us know if you need this) and a travel cot. Well placed for the Cotswolds as well as Stratford, Cheltenham, Worcester. Very historic area. Electric car charge point for £10 overnight. Note we are 36 High Street NOT 42 as Airbnb state, no idea why and they won't let me change it on my listing!

The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.
