The host gave clear and convenient instructions in advance. Was very nice and pleasant to communicate with. This place is great, the location is great. We received only positive emotions from the accommodation, stays, and amenities. It is in a good location, the house itself is in a very quiet street where there is not too much noise, but very close to a busy street. There is self check-in.

Beautiful apartment, bright, in a quiet neighborhood. Very well equipped with everything that we might need. The location is very convenient close to transport. Ingrid was very quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Casa Amaca is a clean, welcoming and perfect environment for a stay of a few days. Clean, comfortable and simple. Great location: on foot you can quickly reach the beautiful Palazzo Te, and as for the central area the bus stop is a few meters away from the apartment (but you can also walk, we did both!). Maria Teresa was very kind, she responded promptly and was immediately available. I definitely recommend it! ✨

Great rental, exactly as described. walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and bars.

Lovely accomodation for our family of 4. The Bicycles and kayakes were a pleasant addition free of charge. It was also nice to have the option of Breafast or a coffee from the lobby area. Beautiful views over the lake and in an area not too busy.

I stayed while sightseeing in Venice.The bus stop was close and convenient for getting to Venice Island.The room was spacious and clean, and it was easy to contact the host and we had a pleasant time.

The house is tastefully furnished, the spaces are divided in a smart way. The house is centrally located but at the same time in a quiet alley. The house is on the ground floor and is all flat without the architectural barriers. The docia and opening gives you wide sounds. These features make it possible to use the house for those who use wheelchairs, crutches, etc. The host is extremely kind, responds quickly, with advice and leaves us with many thoughts such as wines, water, fresh. What a fun apartment! We are a family with 6 kids between 4-16 years old plus two parents and two grandparents. We had a great time. There were even toys and games for the kids to play with during down time. We were able to cook big family meals (sadly we also had to wash all the dishes because at the time the dishwasher was broken - this is not a deal breaker). We ate on the balcony one day. Just a great place. Stefano had great instructions and contacted us multiple times during our stay. Would recommend!

We loved this flat in Venice! It was super peaceful and quiet and outside of the busy and touristy centre. Great restaurants and bars close by and walkable to everything. It really felt like a peaceful oasis. I would highly recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights and had the most relaxing time! It's very quiet at night which was wonderful for the most relaxing sleep, with a very comfortable bed. The hot tub as an extra was what made us want to stay here in the first place, and did not disappoint! So lovely, especially with the TV opposite. Federico was also a very responsive and informative host. Highly recommend for a relaxing & enjoyable place to stay.

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!

Little slice of heaven, only 3 accommodations that make this place very private. Services worthy of a beautiful hotel. Bonus for the spa accessible from all rooms giving access to a sauna, hammam, sensory shower and jacuzzi. The view and natural pool beautifully complete the exceptional character of the place.

Huge design apartment: independent private entrance with its own lovely courtyard. Quiet and optimal area. Very nice apartment, renovated with fine finishes. The two bedrooms are spacious, with a comfortable bed, separated by a central area where there is a kitchen/living room. Each room has its own TV and bathroom. Really nice bathrooms, equipped with every comfort. Kitchen with glasses for water and wine, equipped with ladles of all kinds. Small tea cups without saucers The kettle didn't convince me. I really missed having a small microwave to heat things up quickly without having to turn on the induction or, worse, the oven, which consumes so much more and is so much slower. It seems that the kitchen was not given the same attention to detail as the rest of the house. Very nice interior lighting. Nice place. Highly recommended.
