On one level, it can accommodate up to 6 people. Consisting of two large bedrooms, a bright living area, and a professional kitchen. The bathroom with two comfortable sinks and a very large shower with two shower heads. Large outdoor spaces equipped with a kitchen area with barbecue and wood-burning oven, a second outdoor shower bathroom, a veranda with a table overlooking the sea, relaxation areas, gym, 2 swimming pools, making it an ideal destination for those who want to experience and breathe the countryside and privacy in maximum freedom.

With a fantastic view of vineyards and the sea, lies our little Sardinian gem. The apartment is 45 m2 with a large terrace facing the sea. On the terrace you are happy to sit and have dinner at sunset, barbecue available. The apartment consists of one double bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen, and 1 bathroom. We have a small pool in the area that you can use. The apartment is located 900m from the village of Badesi. In Badesi, there are 2 large grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés. It is 3 km down to the Badesi beach.

A characteristic Sardinian stazzo finished with fine materials, equipped with all the comforts. It has a beautiful view of Lake Liscia and a large green space for spending days relaxing. It is ideal for those who go fishing or practice sports such as canoeing and surfing. A few kilometers away is the thousand-year-old olive tree S'OZASTRU DE SANTU BALTOLU. You can go hiking on the Limbara massif at 1360 meters. 10 km away is Calangianus with its renowned cork museum and the tombs of the giants of Pascaredda.

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura is not a typical vacation home. Its wavy architecture has curves reminiscent of the waves of the ocean, the iconic nuraghi and the organic style of the Costa Smeralda. Also unique is its view of the harbor, the city center and Corsica, which is only 8 km away via the Strait of Bonifacio, and the in-house car electric charging station, which charges 2 e-bikes and 3 bicycles.
