We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment in Porto Pollo, Sardinia. Upon arrival, we were seduced by the setting: breathtaking sea views, a quiet and preserved environment, and direct access to a beautiful beach. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Every detail seemed to have been thought of to offer maximum comfort: quality bedding, functional kitchen, air conditioning, and a small terrace where we loved to eat. The welcome from our hostess was up to the place: warm, attentive, with valuable tips for discovering the region, and good restaurants. A real little piece of heaven, which we would recommend without hesitation.

We stayed at the lovely apartment for a week. It looks exactly like the photos and you have a great view of the port of Porto Pozzo. In the village itself there are some restaurants, but a rental car is definitely recommended to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. We would recommend the place at any time 😊

A bright, spacious, clean appartment with fantastic views to the west. Plenty of room for two people, easy walk to beach (although the short cut path from the house was a bit too steep for me ending up going over the rocks at the bottom of the stairs) and obviously easy walking to everything in Castelsardo. As others have mentioned, there is no oven or dishwasher as per the listing, and the drive to the private parking area is a bit tight if you have a large hire car, as we did, and if there are cars parked outside on the small road. But these are small inconveniences: Overall I would definitely recommend this place to stay if you want great views, a comfy, well- equipped flat, easy access to the town and wonderful evenings on the patio watching the sun go down. Its also a good spot to explore the north coast of Sardinia if you have a car, and the beach which is 2 min walk is a great spot to sit and swim. Maria Franca was excellent and helpful.

I don’t have to tell you that the view from the terrace was amazing. You can see that in the photos. What might not come across in the photos Is the tranquility an absolute meditative peace that descends upon one while sitting on the terrace with a morning cup of coffee and a bit of a Nosh… just letting the church bells wash over you. I’m not a morning person, but I found myself during my time at Derek’s, eagerly awakening, and rushing out to brew a cup of coffee and just sit in serenity. One could not ask for a better place to embrace, peace, and recharge. And I haven’t even begun to talk about all of the fun and interesting things to do in Castelsardo as well as the medieval town and the wonderful restaurants. My wife and I are digital nomads . We Airbnb quite a lot. There are so many places to see and so many things to do that. I never say I would come back again. Derek’s is one of the few exceptions.

Clean house and Maria Grazia is a helpful and discreet hostess. Convenient for visiting the whole area. Beaches within easy walking distance. Also recommended for those with children because there is an outdoor space sheltered from the street. We will definitely be back

Céline and Christophe are very responsive and caring hosts. The accommodation was perfectly as described, very well-equipped in a very recent residence with a beautiful infinity pool and optimal concierge service. The apartment is conveniently located, close to Figari Airport, as well as Bonifacio, Porto-Vecchio and many hikes and sites to discover. We had a great time there. Thank you again!

We had a great stay at Maria's place, the apartment was exactly as described, the WiFi was reliable and the bed was very comfortable, we loved the outdoor space to chill out in the evenings, it was a 20min walk into the centre, would recommend ☺️

Stylish, airy and light-filled apartment in an amazing location - just a few feet from the beach, with vast sea views and great outside space (big table and chairs, sunbeds, sofa). The interior is well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Luca is quick to respond to any queries and is super-helpful. Totally recommend.

The accommodation is as seen in the photos, very well equipped, it has everything you need, even to go to the beach. Everything is very clean, well maintained and decorated. Stefania is always very attentive, detail-oriented and very helpful. 100% recommended!

Our stay with Luisa and her husband was very nice. The place is very, very clean, furnished with a lot of love for detail. There is simply everything you need, but really everything. We felt very comfortable. Our hosts are very friendly and provided us with good tips, they were always easily accessible and answered all questions quickly. Thank you so much for this lovely stay.

We had the best time in Alghero, much thanks to the local expertise of Gianfranco. Restaurants, secret beaches, experiences off the beaten track - all made our holiday so memorable. The apartment is just a few mins walk from town and a gorgeous cafe/bar to enjoy the first coffee of the day with a sea view, or a cocktail in the evening. The host could not have done more for us, grazie.

We had a wonderful time at Christelle's place. Great place to unwind. In addition, it was a highlight that the accommodation was a 5-minute walk from a beautiful beach. We will be happy to come back when we are in Corsica again.

Our stay went very well! Listing matches the photos and descriptions. It was clean. There is plenty of storage, and utensils in the kitchen. Arlem, the housing manager, is very friendly. The accommodation is located in a residence with a super nice heated pool. And within walking distance of the beautiful beach of Santa Giulia.

The stay and the apartment was very nice. The view of the sea and Corsica from the balcony is beautiful. The location of the Appartement is very good. The nearest beach is a few minutes' walk away. The Capo Testa can also be reached on foot in 15 or by car in 5 minutes. Santa Teresa can be reached in 15 minutes for strolling, shopping or dining. Many thanks to Antonella and Claudia. We really enjoyed it.

Frederica was very friendly and helpful during the stay. The space was very nice and had all the necessary conditions. It would only add a little more dish in case it was necessary to have a meal.

Ideal location to discover the Porto Vecchio and Bonifacio area (all about 30 minutes away). Beautiful Santa Giulia beach within walking distance from the accommodation (about 20 minutes with a big climb on the way back).

Good location and accomodation. Great to have new pots and pans, usually these are scratched beyond useable. The bedsheets might need some upgrade, then it would be perfect.
