Susanne was a great host. The apartment is nice and spacious, with large, bright bathroom and a great kitchen. The location is ideal for arriving by car from the west. Public parking is available on the street and parking tickets at the reception. The U3 station Ottakring towards the city center can be reached in a few minutes. The flexibility with check in and check out was very accommodating, thank you! There is no work on the construction site across the weekend. I'd love to come back.

We had a great time at this apartment which is very functional, very clean and very quiet. Nearby public transport allows you to reach the center of Vienna very quickly. I highly recommend this location

Rosa is a good host. Provides all needed instructions and ready to answer your questions. The appartments are located in good place: near the Donau channel, the Prater park, 7 of walk till tramm station, 10 min walk till subway station, 45 min of walk from the center. There is a Billa shop quite close. There is a WiesenGreissler cafe in 5 mins. If you need to eat I recommend Zur Kernigen grill restaurant. If you want to visit sauna there is the Apostelbad in 15 minutes. If you want to visit harbor, museums, concerts I recommend to books tickets in advance.

The accommodation was great, great location Very central, the property is close to the U3 and the museum district. We were able to do a lot easily on foot. Around the corner is a spar gourmet, and also a burger restaurant that we loved (The Burgermachers). Also otherwise it has a lot of restaurant nearby. The place (we had Franzl) was clean, and very well equipped (ex. Kitchen). The apartment is very nice, high ceilings, nice large chandelier, everything tip top, we felt super comfortable. I am often visiting Vienna. This apartment is one of the top places to stay for me personally. Will be back for sure. Also check-in hassle-free, Clemens explained everything to us and we were even able to get into the apartment earlier. What we really appreciated. There is also a possibility to leave the suitcases. All in all highly recommended. :-) Important to know: - has no elevator (no problem for us)

All of the other reviews are accurate regarding the outstanding apartment and host. The apartment was very spacious including the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We took full advantage of the early checkin time to see a lot of Vienna in 2 days. We were very impressed by the efficient underground U1 that takes you to anywhere in Vienna in just 15-30 minutes, and trains arrive every 5 minutes. We would definitely want to stay there again, and we highly recommend Alois and his apartment to others.

I recommend this beautiful house, very beautiful, quiet place. With a beautiful garden and gazebo. The house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. When you get to the house you feel at home and you don't have to worry about anything . Host Michael is a very responsive and pleasant person to communicate with. I actually only wanted a week for myself, in nature, to go on vacation alone and looked for a suitable place to stay. Saw the pictures and booked without researching. It was probably meant to be! And! It exceeded everything. My first solo vacation was not only wonderfully beautiful, in this special place, but was also supposed to give me a lot! I was able to get to know Ernst, a wonderful, loving and giving person. 🙏 I was able to experience meditating with Ernst and doing yoga together with him. ☺️ My days of hiking and cycling in the mountains and on the Danube were impressive and energizing. But the place and Ernst, where I was allowed to be, gave me energy and joy. Thanks 🙏🍀

The house and surroundings are very nice. You have everything you need and above all peace. Communication with Martin went smoothly. We had a lovely and relaxing weekend for three with friends. We could have easily stayed a few more days.

Andau is a sweet village. Near border crossing to Hungary and great wine region of Austria which is worth visiting again Bernard is a great host who cares about his hosting

Great place to stay near Belvedere Castle. Great access from the train station. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket, a drugstore and a bakery. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. Marianna was always easily accessible and explained everything to us at the key handover. It was a great short stay in Vienna.

We booked Theo's place because it looked spacious from the photos with two separate actual beds for us and our daughter which was difficult to find in the area of Vienna at our budget. The place did not disappoint. It is super spacious, with lots of kid's activities, trampoline, swing and toys that my daughter was super excited to enjoy. The place is fully equipped with all that you may need, has the best view and fresh air just a bit away from the city but if you rent a car it is just 20 minute drive to the closest P&R (Spittelau). On top of this it is close to many beautiful hiking trails one that starts straight from the house. The place is decorated nicely but not too much and there is still space were you can put your things. The only minor inconvenience is the attic ladder to go to the upper floor, but we got used it after a couple of days.

Great place to relax! This apartment is big and comfortable place. The location is simply super — The hostess of the apartment is attentive and responsive, everything went well, I will definitely come back if I am in Vienna again!

This very spacious apartment is conveniently located near a variety of public transport options, a huge indoor public pool, a park with playground, and many supermarkets. It made for a comfortable week-long stay while telecommuting.

The apartment was great; modern, stunning views (above the roofs of Vienna) and centrally located right outside the first district. Wilfried was super friendly and very responsive—when the apartment got a little cold we could call him and he instantly increased the temperature. It is definitely worth to rent again next time we’re back.

Andreas’s place was very convenient in terms of location as well public transportation.( line 2 and U6). The garage is a plus which is very appreciated. The house has everything from A to Z and you can’t complain. I would highly recommend the place :)

Lovely apartment, affordable and very aesthetic! A bit of a walk to the centre of town however very worth it as there are some lovely local bars and shops we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. Great host, and great house.

Great apartment , near the park, gym and playground is available for the residents. Close to a center of Vienna and Belveder!

Not just a place to stay. We felt very much part of a "Family".. Christian was so Kind, answered all questions, provided a map of immediate neighbourhood (Bakery, grocery store, coin wash, etc.), mentioned tram tickets...and best ways to use them to get around. Was often there after or before hours to help, called a taxi on last morning, despite foot injury. Above and beyond Hosts! Very nice to have safe in Apartment as in others, Service to Change linens and towels once a week!
