Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Quiet guest apartment in our house at Horbachpark in a very quiet, central location. The old town is only 300 meters away, the Ettlingen city train station and supermarket 250 meters, A5 4 km. We live on the lower two floors. The apartment has a great view of the Black Forest. It is very suitable for 2-5 people. Max. 6 adults and 2 children by arrangement. The apartment is fully furnished (upcycling). Our house is "relatively" CO2 neutral (photovoltaic and heat pump). Waipu TV stick.

Small recent duplex house of approx. 45 m2. Layout: 2 double beds + 1 single bed, 1 equipped kitchen with dining area, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 large bedroom upstairs with wardrobe. Quiet and secluded, the accommodation is completely independent and is located at the back of our property. It has a small outdoor area and a nice outdoor saltwater pool accessible during the summer period. Near the train station (3 min walk) of the Strasbourg/Haguenau line.
