I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, separate toilet. The buron is located 400 m from the road, accessible by car.

View of our beautiful Cantalian mountains, very close to Lioran station (15 minutes by car) Ideally located for all outdoor activities. Shops in the village of Thiézac nearby (5-minute drive) and Vic-sur-Cère where there is a small shopping area (10-minute drive) as well as the tourist office. (25 kilometers from Aurillac).

Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
