The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. Large sun terrace with private garden. Nearby there are small bathing lakes and child-friendly destinations, in winter sledding hills. Lake Constance can be reached in 1/2 hour. A small town with everything you need is just 2 km away, Ravensburg - with its old town with cafés and shops in just 15 minutes.

Schwalbennest Ravensburg (Swallows Nest Ravensburg)

Our vacation home is located on the uppermost edge of the slope above the Schussental with views over the cityscape of Ravensburg and the vineyard. It is the “swallow's nest” – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg that tells a special story.   We have preserved the former "laundry house" in which diapers were once washed for the children's home that was located there at the time, and have lovingly restored it to its former glory. The special flair of this cottage has been maintained.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Casa Limone - Indiano, dream on the island of Lindau

In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side street, just a few steps away from the bustling Maximilianstraße. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. The fold-out sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) is suitable for one adult or for 2 children/teenagers.

The apartment is about 75 square meters and has 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room and a bathroom with daylight. If necessary, a children's travel bed and a high chair can be provided. Buxheim is a very nice recreational area with a swimming pond and forest ponds. Small, fine apartment

The apartment is quietly located, has its own entrance and is about 70 m². It is suitable for up to 4 people, possibly with a child. The price is for 2 people. Each additional person costs 15 euros extra. There is a large bedroom with a 140 x 200 + 90 x 200 bed. There is also a fold-out sofa bed 180 x 200 cm in the living room. The living room is equipped with a well-stocked kitchen and with a TV, stereo system, a wood-burning stove and a dining table.
