Vacation rentals with a patio in Bad Sulza

Constantin gave us exact directions, was explaining herself on site, helpful, humorous and warmly welcoming. The apartment was just right; elegantly equipped, with private balcony and comfortable lounges to relax after long cultural days. Everything, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room was sparkling clean, very well equipped (with enough linen and towels). To our delight, the apartment also had 'real' plants. We would rent again in a heartbeat if we come back to this special area. And, the apartment is only a few tram stations away from the main train station! We can 100% recommend them.

We were totally happy with our place. Bright, clean apartment, with a balcony. All the amenities you need on vacation. Weimar can be easily reached in a few minutes by car or bus. This apartment was perfect. Excellent location in pleasant neighborhood just south of central Leipzig with tons of restaurants, shops, and a light rail line just out the door. The apartment itself was beautiful, with multiple levels, two separate bedrooms, a gorgeous kitchen and living area, and two separate decks — one off the kitchen facing the quiet rear yard, and one on the rooftop. A perfect place from which to explore Leipzig as well as a perfect retreat from the bustle of Leipzig!

The apartment was very nice and super clean! You can easily find parking nearby and is well connected to Öpnv. Sophie was super friendly, we were allowed to take our dog and a later key handover was specially organized for us, thank you! :-)

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the Bavarian train station, the tram stops almost right in front of the house. All attractions and the city center can thus be reached quickly and easily. The apartment is almost perfectly equipped. Other plus points are the car parking space and the elevator. Unfortunately, we could not use the balcony due to the weather, but it is certainly a great way to end a nice day. We would like to rent the apartment again at any time.

The tram stop is just a 5-minute walk away and from there you can actually reach everything in the city. Shopping is also not far away and the kitchen is really well equipped. Katharina is a totally attentive and lovely host! We felt totally comfortable and look forward to next time.

We felt right at home. The highlight is of course the terrace and the fireplace, for which there was always new wood. No matter what you needed, Christina and her husband were there. Absolutely recommended for anyone going to Halle.

The house is very central, but still quiet. Everything is within walking distance. The layout is very spacious, the bathroom clean and spacious. All in all it was a great vacation in Erfurt!!!

We were there to celebrate a birthday with my family and returned with lovely memories. It felt like home from the first moment and the coziness will catch you. Caro was a very nice host, always attentive and well prepared.

We spent a week here in the fall as a family of five. The accommodation was comfortably furnished, the space generous and the kitchen fully equipped. Great view of the valley. Good communication. We felt very comfortable.

We stayed there with 4 adults and 2 small children and had a very nice and relaxing stay. Everything we needed was there. Also crib and chair. There was enough space for everyone and the equipment was of a very high standard. Also it was very clean and the garden is totally beautiful. We will be happy to come back. 😊

I had a great stay in a spacious, fully equipped apartment with a west-facing balcony. The neighbourhood is beautiful, perfect for long walks and relaxing moments. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

We had wonderful days in a great place and were able to enjoy the surrounding nature. A great place to take a breath and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Stephan was a great host. Smooth process, always responsive and super easy check-in. I can only recommend it. The area was very quiet and the Airbnb was as described in the pictures. Very clean and very cozy.

It was a very nice weekend, with barbecues and campfire. There was nothing missing and I can only recommend the house to everyone. Peace and quiet and yet close to the city... perfect :)

Super nice apartment with excellent amenities and even external blinds in all rooms! The contact in advance with co-host Marcel was very nice and even a very short-term early check-in due to an unexpectedly shorter arrival was possible without any problems. The apartment is quiet yet within walking distance of the center. The furniture individually designed by Marcel is a dream and a vacation read was quickly found in the well-stocked bookshelf. Everything was spotless and, just in case, replacement bed linen, towels, etc. were available. In the kitchen there was dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, dishcloths and sponges, but also coffee and filter bags, in the bathroom shower and hair detergent, toilet paper - everything else you would otherwise bring from home or still have to buy. Each room is lovingly furnished with a lot of sense for detail and yet not overloaded. Dear Susi and dear Marcel, I'd love to come back and clearly recommend you!

Amazing spacious place to stay. Everything as described and you will find even more. Marcel is very polite and attentive host. For the next year Marcel place will be our first choice if apartment will be available.

My stay at Apartment MaLu was very pleasant - fresh, clean smell in the apartment, a friendly atmosphere and it has everything you need. Since there are two small (writing) desks, I can also recommend the apartment as a place to write. The small balcony is the icing on the cake.
