We stayed 2 nights in the apartment and are very satisfied. It was absolutely quiet, sparkling clean, finding parking in front of the door was no problem, even charging station around the corner. Great underfloor heating, small arches with all essential utensils, incl. Coffee machine (Capsules by Cremesso). We would come back.

We had a very nice weekend with family at Silke's! The apartment is well appointed and conveniently located, communication was very open and accommodating.

We felt almost at home in Sandra's great attic apartment. It is a private apartment that is rented at certain times and not a pure vacation home furnished only with the most necessary. That's exactly what makes it charming. In addition, everything is available for everyday needs. The location near Lake Cospuden but also to the S-Bahn, tram is good. It's a quiet residential area in a rather village-like district of Leipzig. Great value for money.

We were totally happy with our place. Bright, clean apartment, with a balcony. All the amenities you need on vacation. Weimar can be easily reached in a few minutes by car or bus. It's like being left with the apartment from a friend. Perfect location, very quiet, great parking. Listen to the birdsong to get up while the hot coffee is steaming. The first basic amenities are absolutely top, you don't have to worry about wasting hasty shopping. We had done a little damage, that wasn't an issue either. We say thank you very much and can wish future guests relaxing days.

No wonder this stylish, charming, detail-oriented old parsonage is a guest favorite. If you want to unwind on vacation, you will get your money's worth here in tranquil Kirchheim. We (3 girls in our fifties) were able to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere from March 26 to April 6. It was a great vacation full of culture, history, Nature and shopping. There is plenty to experience in Erfurt, Weimar, Arnstadt and the surrounding area. It was the first vacation where I would have liked rainy days so I wouldn't have to leave the cozy house. (Smile) Conclusion: highly recommended for people with good taste who appreciate the work and love that goes into such a property. we will be happy to come back. Thanks, Franky and Christian

The house is very central, but still quiet. Everything is within walking distance. The layout is very spacious, the bathroom clean and spacious. All in all it was a great vacation in Erfurt!!!

The stay was really nice. The property is immersed in nature and has a lot to offer. Our highlights were the heated outdoor hot tub and the lower fireplace. When the weather is nice, you can hike wonderfully in the immediate vicinity, in bad weather the accommodation offers plenty of distraction. Highlighted is the protection of the property and the accommodation. I haven't felt so safe in any place so far. In addition, Manuela was very quick to respond to my messages and always a solution ready. Thanks for that!

The place was very clean and just right for all the people. Nearby are various restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. If you feel the wanderlust, this is also a good starting point. The huge couch and fireplace invite you to chat and the kitchen is superbly equipped. There are enough beds available even if the climb to the top takes some getting used to. But all in all very cozy and modern. We enjoyed the time together very much and can highly recommend Nicole's place.

As a family, we wanted to spend 3 nights in the direction of Kyffhäuser and so we looked for a great place to stay relatively cheaply. We found this at Steffi's, where we felt right at home from the moment we got the key. Everything was thought of on site and so this place can be recommended with a 5* rating. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back. Promise!!

Dear Anne, We felt very comfortable with you. Our reason was the wine festival in Freyburg. We also rode our bikes around the lake. Visiting Naumburg, Freyburg and Bad Kösen is easily possible from here by bike. There was a US original shuttle bus to the wine festival to Mügeln and back. Also a little adventure. The pebble beach is 5 minutes away. The Geiseltal lake water is nice and clean.

I had a great stay in a spacious, fully equipped apartment with a west-facing balcony. The neighbourhood is beautiful, perfect for long walks and relaxing moments. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

We had wonderful days in a great place and were able to enjoy the surrounding nature. A great place to take a breath and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It was a very nice weekend, with barbecues and campfire. There was nothing missing and I can only recommend the house to everyone. Peace and quiet and yet close to the city... perfect :)

Holger was always friendly, quick and easy to reach and very helpful. Check-in and check-out were maximally straightforward and flexible. The apartment was very clean and corresponded perfectly to the description in every way. Its location is excellent. I highly recommend this accommodation and Holger as a landlord!

Super nice apartment with excellent amenities and even external blinds in all rooms! The contact in advance with co-host Marcel was very nice and even a very short-term early check-in due to an unexpectedly shorter arrival was possible without any problems. The apartment is quiet yet within walking distance of the center. The furniture individually designed by Marcel is a dream and a vacation read was quickly found in the well-stocked bookshelf. Everything was spotless and, just in case, replacement bed linen, towels, etc. were available. In the kitchen there was dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, dishcloths and sponges, but also coffee and filter bags, in the bathroom shower and hair detergent, toilet paper - everything else you would otherwise bring from home or still have to buy. Each room is lovingly furnished with a lot of sense for detail and yet not overloaded. Dear Susi and dear Marcel, I'd love to come back and clearly recommend you!
