We rent our ‘CHEZ AMIS’ as a guest and vacation home to nice people who also like to have nice things. Stay, enjoy, and feel at home for up to 6 people (from May 2026: 8 people) across 4 floors – with everything you need for a temporary home. And what makes the soul dangle. It is quiet with us, although you live in the middle of the old town. In 5 minutes you will be in the city center & in the spa area. And in 1 minute in the middle of the countryside: in the castle park and in the in-house garden.

BALTHASAR Resort Guesthouse on the Rebhang in the Rheingau

The "Balthasar Ress Guesthouse" is the guest house of the renowned Balthasar Ress winery in the Rheingau. Primarily designed for the winery's own guests, it is also sometimes available to other guests. The architect's house is located in the "Rebhang" settlement, one of the most exclusive and beautiful residential areas in the Rheingau wine-growing region. The settlement is located at an altitude of around 400 m, around 300 m above the Rhine and is surrounded by meadows, vineyards and the forest.

Gönnt Euch ein Besuch in unserem 2019 sanierten Fachwerkhaus Anno 1690 in der sehr ruhigen Altstadt von Stromberg, direkt am Schlossbrunnen unterhalb der 3 Burgen. Die Küche im 1.Stock befindet sich spannenderweise im ehemaligen Wehrgang der Stadtmauer. Das mittelalterliche Gebäude verfügt noch immer über die typisch steilen Eichentreppen und die Deckenhöhe ist außerhalb der Norm. Gemütliches verweilen im Haus und als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderer & Biker....für Erholung und Abenteuer...

Um zu zeigen, dass eine neue Gestaltung nicht unbedingt teuer sein muss. Nutzen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt für eine kreative Auszeit, lassen Sie beim Wandern in der Natur die Seele baumeln und nehmen Sie ein Stück Inspiration mit nach Hause.

Du darfst dich in meinem freistehenden Haus mit Garten wie zu Hause fühlen! Unbezahlbar aber trotzdem inkludiert: der traumhafte Blick auf eine Pferdekoppel und über den Rhein hinaus. Von hier aus kannst du herrliche Wanderungen starten. In kurzer Zeit bist du bei Schloß Johannisberg, Rüdesheim mit Drosselgasse, Kloster und Burgenromantik.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil: Ökologische Materialien wie Lehm und Holz geben dem Haus einen einzigartigen Flair und ein unübertreffliches Raumklima. Das 1622 erbaute Fachwerkhaus ist modern eingerichtet. Ein Holz- und Pelletofen sorgt für eine besondere abendliche Wohlfühlatmosphäre.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Public transportation is a 2-minute walk away For wine lovers, several wineries/wine taverns are within walking distance within minutes. Hiking and cycling tours are a wonderful way to start from here, as the extensive "vineyards" begin only 150 meters from the house.
