Sie ist frisch mit klimafreundlichem Lehm verputzt und ist weitaus älter, als das mit 1750 datierte Haus. Bis 1897 war in diesen Räumen die „Städtische Fasseiche“ untergebracht, ein Eichamt für Fässer. Heute stehen stützende Betonwände und der ursprüngliche Boden aus sogen. Bachwacken, die im Laufe der Jahrhunderte blank geschliffen wurden, in einem spannenden Kontrast zueinander.

New place to stay

Feel-good duplex for singles & small families

The apartment is as pictured with a great balcony and parking space in front of the house in a quiet location. Spacious, very clean and it had everything you need! We felt very comfortable. I was there with two small children and everyone had plenty of space. The children were happy about the toys in the apartment, as well as the playground right outside the front door. Perfect for parents with kindergarten-aged children! The host is very nice and helpful. Check-in was straightforward, good and fast communication. Thank you! We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful apartment, right in the middle of Bad Kreuznach. Wonderful location, amazing views. Apartment keeps what it promises. Have felt very comfortable

We had booked the attic apartment. Everything was a great fit and went smoothly. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Highly recommended! Communication with MoRaz was tip top! Welcoming reception in this nice studio apartment. Everything well taken care of. There's even a rain poncho and a charging cable for your phone. You can walk beautifully from your front door and the cozy old town of Bad Kreuznach is 10 minutes by car, or 20 minutes by bike. 2 bicycles are included in the stay. We stayed 1 night but there was certainly much more to see in the area.

We were super satisfied, especially the amenities for our baby were great. So we didn't have to carry everything with us. Personally, the beds were a little too soft, but that's super individual. Overall, we had a super nice stay and a lot of space to spread out. Gladly again 😊
