The villa was great and everything was super clean and comfortable. The view from every window was absolutely amazing. The kitchen is great for cooking big and small meals. Overall it was very good and we loved staying there. Also have to say that the communication with the host was good and they helped us with a personal issue. The place was as described, would say even better. Everything was perfect. Excellent cleanliness, super amenities, everything you need is available. Super nice hosts. My dog was very welcome. The outdoor hot tub and the pine sauna contributed a lot to the relaxation. The pizza oven in the reception is also sensational and satisfies hunger without having to leave the accommodation. The chalet itself has a feel-good factor that is simply great. For winter sports, everything is at your doorstep. In any case, it will be booked again. Thanks for the relaxing days!

We had an awesome week on the slopes! The apartment was really nice, check-in was easy and we had no problems at all. Only thing that was surprising was that since the apartment was for up to 9 people, we expected 3 rooms, but there were only 2 rooms with 3 beeds (1 double, 1 single) and one couch. But overall great place - would recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the MandlwandLodge! It combines traditional cabin feeling with modern comfort. We had everything we need and felt right home. The place itself is made with a lot of love to detail and it was a warm welcome. The view form the apartment is amazing because the cabin surrounded by the mountains. You also can start a hike directly from the house. We're looking forward to our next stay at MandlwandLodge!

Cosy cabin in the Alps

The place is exactly what you expect from pictures - we were 2 families and had plenty of both privacy and shared space to spend time together. Apart from the fact the house was rather cold upon our arrival (the heating didn't yet heat the cold building), everything was perfect, and both Sandra and Edith (the hosts) did their best to make us feel welcome and comfy. Sandra was always ready to answer our questions and gave us local tips, too. Edith even brought us homemade cake .. simply sweet. The place is perfect for a winter retreat - cca 20 mins to Katschberg for good skiing, snow tubing hill just a few hundred meters from the house, and a safe garden behind the house. It is also well-accessible, even in snowy conditions. As soon as the house got warm, we never wanted to leave .. and the sauna after the day on the slopes was a treat .. :) Overall, we can only recommend this place, and we thank you, Sandra and Edith, once again! I hope to be back :)

Miha is a great host, he was very open and friendly, and gave us lots of recommendations and ideas what to do and where to eat. We loved the house and the view, its decorated with heart and you can see the passion and love Miha devoted to it. we had an amazing stay, we relaxed at the fireplace and loved the view, we visited places and had fun. the location of the house is excellent, we would love to come again. all the best wishes, Miha! :)

Great getaway in Austria! We were a group of 7, checked into a large place with balcony, sauna, big garden and fully equipped house. Michael was a great host that made available all necessary arrangements to enable a great time for us and was promptly communicative. Overall, we highly recommend this staycation.
