Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Située dans le fossé rhénan qui sépare le massif des Vosges du nord de la Forêt-Noire. La Route des vins d'Alsace - Cleebourg (20 min). Proche de Strasbourg (30 min), des stations thermales de Baden Baden (15 min), du village de marques / The Style Outlets de Roppenheim (5 min) et de l'incontournable parc d'attractions Europa Park (60 min). Quiet guest apartment in our house at Horbachpark in a very quiet, central location. The old town is only 300 meters away, the Ettlingen city train station and supermarket 250 meters, A5 4 km. We live on the lower two floors. The apartment has a great view of the Black Forest. It is very suitable for 2-5 people. Max. 6 adults and 2 children by arrangement. The apartment is fully furnished (upcycling). Our house is "relatively" CO2 neutral (photovoltaic and heat pump). Waipu TV stick.

Our house was completely renovated in 2022. Here old clay walls and wooden beams were exposed. There is a 65-inch smart TV in the bar, as well as a projector with Netflix. The pool table and game collection leave no room for boredom. We are located on the edge of the Northern Black Forest. The region is ideal for hikers, cycling trips or a private wellness vacation in our panoramic sauna or steam bath. No parties. Dog friendly. Owners live next door with dog, encounters possible.
