The "WanderLust" is located in the heart of Bad Harzburg. Hiking trails, the Harz National Park, the game reserve, parks and the city are within walking distance in a few minutes. We are happy to reveal our insider tips ;-) The apartment is comfortably designed with fireplace & TV and designed for 2-3 people. We bought a travel mattress for a 3rd person. However, we can only offer bedding for 2 guests. We are happy to provide a crib for toddlers free of charge.

The apartment with attention to detail is a former separate hay barn in the Harz foothills. In the village there is a pizzeria and a courtyard café with breakfast and fresh rolls. A grocery store and a gas station are accessible by car and via a bike path (2 km) in Liebenburg. The UNESCO World Heritage City of Goslar with other attractions is also very close within 15 minutes by car. The wider area offers numerous opportunities for hiking and exploring.

FW Gustav - the perfect base for your Harz vacation

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old farmhouse. The farm, which used to be completely closed, was decisively shaped by Gustav Neuhoff, the hostess's grandfather. Hence the name FW Gustav. The nearest shops are in Derenburg, 6 km away. Heudeber is a quiet village, but the nearby A36 offers quick connections to the highlights of the Harz Mountains. Wernigerode, Halberstadt, Quedlinburg and Goslar can be reached in about 25 minutes.

Apartment in a quiet forest location

Welcome to the Krafthaus, a historic forester's house from 1902 on the edge of the forest in the Upper Harz region. The sculptor Reinhold Kraft lived and worked here for many years. Sculptures and works of art in the apartment still remind us of his work today and give the house its special character. The large garden and the quiet location by the forest invite you to spend relaxing days with friends or family.

This is how to stay on vacation: Three double bedrooms and three shower rooms, a superbly equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining room, small pantry kitchen on the slope, a large furnished terrace area and a fantastic view of the Harz Mountains from everywhere. A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.

Cozy and top modern furnished apartment with large rooftop terrace and views over Harzburg. It has an underground parking space (note the entrance height) and an elevator. Young and old feel comfortable on classically modernly furnished 80 sqm. After a relaxing day of hiking, enjoy the evening hours on the rooftop terrace with a barbecue and dream views.

The 42 sqm (2 rooms) apartment "Chalet Emma 2" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2021/2022. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain.

Situated on the edge of the Breitenberg forest, near the historic Winuwuk café, this apartment is a lovely starting point for hikes around Bad Harzburg, across the idyllically located racetrack to Goslar, or via the Käste cliff to the Romkehaller Waterfall.
