Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

The beautiful wooden floors, the large windows, the kitchen-living room and the distinctive bedrooms in different styles of the 20th century, make the stay an experience.

Mountain time vacation home

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. This beautiful old Harz house is located in the heart of Sankt Andreasberg. It was completely modernized by 2022. In doing so, we have attached great importance to preserving the special features of the house and creating a typical mountain feeling. We rely on good and modern amenities. The house offers a nice base for your mountain time: for tours and for hiking, mountain biking or skiing.

Our vacation home has a garden and a garage. There is more street parking. The large terrace invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings. In the garden house, you have the option to store your bicycles. The vacation home has free Wi-Fi and Netflix. The entire house has air conditioning. A small welcome package awaits each guest. We are happy to offer you guided bike tours through the Harz Mountains. We welcome four-legged guests.

It is a complete, wheelchair-accessible vacation bungalow in Westerode in a quiet location. 5 minutes away by car is the spa town of Bad Harzburg with salt spa, Burgbergbahn [castle mountain railway] and spa park. Westerode is easily accessible by bus, train and car. About 600 m walk there is the Ristorante Pizzeria Da Mimmo.

The house in question is the former rectory of Altenau. It is one of the oldest houses in the city (year 1604) and a very special one...
