The apartment is extremely elegant, and at the same time perfectly functional. Even the smallest detail is thought of. We especially liked the irresistible view over Lake Obertrum, in warm weather from the cleverly cut terrace, in less good weather with almost as good a view from the dining table. We were in Mattsee at the beginning of autumn. That's why the underfloor heating was a real treat. We were happy to come home after every trip. The apartment is ideally located to discover Salzburg and the beautiful Salzburg countryside, and at the same time be far from any tourist hustle and bustle.

This was a wonderful apartment! Check-in was super easy and everything was well prepared in advance. The place is clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook and feel at home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable — we slept great. The view from the windows was absolutely lovely, especially in the mornings! It was such a nice touch to find books and even board games available for guests — it made the atmosphere feel even warmer. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

I enjoyed my stay at Daniel's place very much. The apartment was spotless and everything you might need on a short stay was there. There is also plenty room for luggage, clothes and other things. Daniel was quick to respond when I had some questions, and very helpful when I could not find the assigned parking spot right away. Last not least, the apartment is light, airy and quiet, I can definitely recommend it.

it was very good very central. the snag came in was with the check in. we arrived 14:55 but the code did not work. we tried it a few times before we reached out to Azamat. the code still ddnt work and had to get changed. then we were able to get int. the door had the same snag as the front gate with the codes. we had to reach out to them again late at night due to missing towels for the 3rd guest - we had specifically booked for 3. but we received the reply so it was resolved. the place is very clean and very new - quiet despite being in the city center and everything that is needed is just downstairs. it was a very pleasant stay and the place is very conducive for rest and recreation. we would gladly come back!!!

Nice getaway :) The apartment "Abendrot" delivers what it promises - a fantastic view and beautiful sunsets :) The check-in went smoothly, the apartment was very clean and also the kitchen was well equipped, we lacked nothing:) Sabine and Stefan (also remotely) took care of us very warmly. Communication was very straightforward and reliable, very short response time. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back :)

Very clean and fully furnished small apartment (bedroom is a bit tight) - even shower supplies available, large TV, two bicycles for free use. Ideal for a holiday for two persons. Just 10 minutes walk from the thermal spa. Good value for money. Everything worked out well - we are very satisfied.

The apartment is very modern and newly furnished and was very clean. We were thrilled with the amenities. There are even bathrobes and children's toys available. Maryna was also available at short notice for questions and very friendly. We also enjoyed the swimming pool in the building very much. It is very convenient that you can reach it directly in your bathrobe via the hallway and staircase or elevator and not have to leave the building. We can fully recommend the apartment and will definitely come back.

Maximilian’s apartment is very well located, spacious, quiet, and well equipped. Having a private parking space was extremely convenient. The bed is very comfortable. We had a very nice stay at Klaus Peter's place. The apartment was very comfortably furnished. There were all the amenities we needed for our stay and were indicated in the description, including an extra parking space. From the apartment you could go hiking directly in the beautiful Ilztal and surroundings and enjoy the regional gastronomy. Passau can be easily reached in a short time by bus, as well as by car or bike. On foot you can walk to Passau in approx. 50 minutes, partly along the Ilz, to Passau. Klaus Peter is a very friendly and accommodating host who responds very quickly and informatively to all inquiries. He also gave us a lot of good tips for things to do and places to stop around Passau and the Ilztal. Our highlights: With the Ilztalbahn from Freyung to Passau, guided tour of Passau, bike tour to Schärding, hiking in the Ilztal and to places overlooking Passau.

A week that went way too fast! We felt at home in this great apartment from the first moment. Great decor, great comfort, absolutely quiet and very spacious. As dog owners, we enjoyed being able to take long walks from the front door in beautiful nature and surroundings. The national park is also just a few minutes away. We will be happy to come back!

We were allowed to spend 1 week in this great and quiet apartment in an absolutely idyllic location. Maria and her husband Frank welcomed us very warmly. A welcome cake was on the kitchen table and the apartment exuded a cozy tranquility. Our daughter was able to romp around carefree and play with the available toys. There was nothing missing to feel comfortable. The natural location was, among other things, a reason for us to vacation here. In 2 minutes you will be in the forest - just wonderful! There are also many opportunities to do things in the area. Frank and Maria also gave good tips on this - thank you also for that. Maria also let us in her garden, where our daughter was allowed to explore everything. There was also a hammock and swing. Heart what more do you want? We will most likely be back.

Highly recommended! The "bathrobe walk" from the apartment directly into the enormously large and extraordinary spa, was like a little feel-good adventure. The equipment of the apartment, especially the quality of Bed linen/towels etc. is of very high quality.
