Welcome to the Middle Ages! Martinsburg is one of the few never destroyed castles of the Middle Rhine Valley, where the building fabric is actually centuries old. We have carefully renovated the parlor of the gatekeeper, about 50 m2, and approached today's needs with shower and toilet. However, you have to climb 45 steps before you can settle down comfortably. In good weather you can also linger in the flower corner in the castle courtyard or explore the castle park on the Rhine.

We rent a small apartment on the second floor, which is fully furnished. It is a 3-family house where we live with our two dogs and a cat. Our pets are friendly to all people.
