Huyen is a great host. She gives great information about the area and how to get everywhere. The apartment is equipped with everything you need in everyday life. In addition, there is a balcony where you can sit nicely in the evening! Beds are extremely cozy! Lots of love to detail! We will definitely be back!

The apartment is lovingly and modernly furnished. The balcony with a wonderful view is particularly great! We slept well and cooked deliciously in the cozy kitchen and sat together. Meike and Sebastian were super nice and always approachable. We highly recommend the place!

The apartment is perfect: VERY clean, VERY cozy, it has everything you need and to feel comfortable. Location is also good, old town and supermarket close by. Nicole is a great and super warm hostess! Communication was always lightning fast, helpful and friendly, the reception was very nice and the information was to the point! I spent one night here on a stage hike on the Rhine Trail, but would have liked to stay longer. Absolutely recommended!

We were super pleased with our stay at Marc and Valeska's. The apartment is designed with a lot of love for detail, super clean and everything you need as well as spices, tea etc. were available:) We felt very comfortable! The location is very nice and also easily accessible by train.

We were four for a long weekend in the spacious apartment in Immendorf. Immendorf itself is a sweet village, 10 minutes by car from Koblenz with a baker for rolls in the morning. The furnishings of the apartment were complete and of high quality, the private terrace has a view out into the countryside. Annabelle was easily accessible for questions. We would mist definitely visit again.

Very nice apartment for four people with large balcony. The apartment is well furnished and very spacious. Only the kitchen is a bit small. We felt very comfortable!

Beautiful small and cozy accommodation with a very nice hostess. For a short trip, the apartment was ideal for us. Even a private parking space is available. Therefore, everything is great and absolutely recommended!

A nice base station for our hiking steps on the Rheinsteig. Despite the proximity of train station and street, the property is pleasantly quiet. Lina welcomed us personally and in a friendly way. The apartment was clean and well maintained with direct views of the Rhine. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful home and spectacular view! Lots of space to hang out and enjoy the view. Loved having a bath tub to relax after lots of walking! The shower was also spacious and hot water was great. My older parents came with us and struggled with the stairs a little. Of course that is pretty common across Europe. I would book this home again and again.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotless, warm, welcoming, and has everything you would need with many special touches like umbrellas. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment! We were very satisfied. Apartment corresponded to the pictures and description. Due to the close proximity to the main train station, it was quite loud if you want to sleep with the window open. Good location, Aldi in the backyard, baker in the main station opposite, very delicious Italian directly under the accommodation. The old town is about a 15-minute walk. Communication with Oussama is very reliable and fast. We messed up with the door lock and reached the hosts directly! Very lovingly furnished, bright and clean apartment! The amenities are excellent! We had a great stay!

We were there with 5 friends and really enjoyed it. It was so nice and quiet, the apartment very well maintained and the people very nice. We only noticed that the sauna is not included until later, but since we were only there for 2 nights, the time was not enough to try it out. So we can't say anything about that. We would mist definitely visit again.

I’d rate it 4.5* but rounding up to 5: very clean, pleasant apartment in a green, peaceful area. I had a lovely morning run and we enjoyed breakfast with a great view from the balcony thanks to the good weather. Two minor points: The beds were very good, but the blankets were oddly short—even my 155cm GF found them small—and the shower was only lukewarm a few times. Communication was mixed: we locked ourselves out once 😖 but it was resolved within 10 min, which was great. However, we didn’t read the hot tub instructions beforehand (our fault), and when I messaged via the app to check if we could still use it, we got no reply. We did receive apologies afterwards—they weren’t notified of the messages, apparently. Overall, still a great stay!

Everything was great. The apartment is nicely decorated. They always responded very quickly to inquiries.

We felt very comfortable. Everything was so lovingly furnished. You could relax very well. The sauna and hot tub were the highlight. But you could also do a lot there, unfortunately, a weekend was not enough to explore everything there. Were in the butterfly park and it was beautiful. The hosts were very friendly and were always available when there were problems. I can recommend the accommodation to anyone who loves nature and tranquility 🥰

If you are looking for a really special and spacious accommodation with a beautiful wild garden, this is the place to be. A truly unique location with lots of effort and attention to detail renovated and furnished, which also offers lots of luxury with friendly and helpful hosts! Highly recommended.
