Very nice half-timbered house in a good location for exploring the Lahn Valley and the Rhine Valley between Koblenz and Boppart. Near the Unisco "Limes" site, a surprising border dating from about 400 years AD.

Lovely location, centrally placed, great for ferry outings.

All in all, the accommodation was just perfect for my needs. Would book again and again.

We were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable right from the start. The apartment is exactly as described. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The surroundings offer many different leisure activities…relaxed walks on the island, visiting the city of Koblenz or visiting the thermal baths in Bad Ems. Anyway, we had a very nice time and started the new year relaxed.

Everything went great. Check-in was very straightforward via a key box. Very central location and also very easy to get to Koblenz by train. The vineyards were very close, we could take beautiful hikes. We'd love to come back ☺️

Another very nice visit in that house

We had a lovely time with 4 adults and 3 dogs! Very secluded but that's what we wanted, in the morning and evening just a nice walk through the fields and just be. The neighbors are very nice, a lot of information in the house about everything there is in the area. We hope that all guests appreciate the beautiful decor!!!!

Erika took very good care of us. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you need for a longer stay, e.g. also in the kitchen. There was fresh fruit and free water, as well as a shower bath. I highly recommend Erika's apartment!

There were five of us in the mill and we enjoyed it very much! Nicole and Alfred are very welcoming and gave us good recommendations for exploring the area. Great view from the balcony directly into the forest. The street behind the house can be heard but is not very busy and therefore not a big deal. The apartment is very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We totally enjoyed it - Thanks for the wonderful time! :)

Nici and Frank's house is really worth a stay. We spent an extended weekend here with 3 families (one child each) and were super satisfied. The house is perfectly furnished and above all the kitchen, living and dining area are sensational and invite you to linger. Unfortunately, the weather was not so good, so we could not use the great terrace and the beautiful garden. The hosts are super friendly and help quickly if there is a question. If we find ourselves back in the area, we will certainly stay here again.

The place is really great. The garden with sauna and hot tub is the absolute highlight. We had a great time and would be happy to come back. Absolute recommendation!

The stay here was wonderful, it was so quiet and peaceful, sitting outside on the bench to eat breakfast was really great. The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything needed. Carmen and Micha were a pleasure to talk to and incredibly friendly, and of course Mia was very sweet too! It was easy to walk around the area with a lot to see and look at and lots of other areas to visit nearby as well. The hosts both gave us some tips of things to do during our time here which was much appreciated. I really recommend staying here, the cosy and quiet apartment mixed with the friendly and warm hosts made the stay perfect!

The access is adventurous and not feasible with a wider car. But the place is clean, equipped with everything and the view is very nice.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and superbly equipped. Great location for cycling and walking. Local shop minutes away offers freshly baked bread every morning. We received a warm and friendly welcome from Birgit and her family, providing advice and information to ensure we enjoyed our holiday. We really appreciated the treats left for us on our arrival. We will certainly look forward to returning again in the future.

Quiet, cozy place in beautiful surroundings. Beautiful views of the valley. Very suitable for those who want a quiet, calm break alone or as a couple!

If you are looking for peace, you are in good hands in the Waldhaus von Berhard & Mark. A cottage furnished with a lot of love & taste. The well-equipped kitchen, an electric grill in the garden and a large dining table in the living area invite you to cozy evenings. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this accommodation. In the immediate vicinity you can hike, visit the Loreley or take a ride on the Rhine. Shopping facilities can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The landlords are very easy to reach and gave us many tips for companies.
