this apartment was perfect for my two teenagers and myself. apartment was clean and tidy. area was quiet and safe. also it was only a five min walk from most touristy stuff. the host was helpful and friendly. recommended

The apartment is amazing, immaculate, and 5-7min walk to the main area of Split! If you need anything, Matt is very responsive and helpful! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property for our week long trip to Split. The hosts are very responsive and answered any questions we had. We had a late flight and the flexible/contact free check in meant that there wasn’t someone waiting for us, but equally, the description of where the property was and how to gain access were all very clear. The property itself is about 10/15 minutes walk to the old town. There is a supermarket close by & the nearest beach is about 20 minutes walk so all in all, a fab location. The property had everything we needed, including a washing machine/dishwasher, a hairdryer and toiletries. Oh & check out the deli at the end of the road for fresh coffee and pastries.

We loved our stay! The outdoor kitchen and patio is lovely and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and the 3.5 bathrooms were a luxury for the 4 of us.

The location was perfect, very walkable to all the local attractions. The space was roomy and comfortable for three people, giving us plenty of room to relax. A great choice for anyone looking to explore the area with ease.

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

Lovely place - stayed here with 6 friends for 1 week, the villa was clean and in great condition. Great amenities and location too, only a short walk into the city centre. The managers and owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our requests.

Very responsive host who was very accommodating. Villa was lovely on the inside with a great pool and a perfect space for people to relax and hang out. Would definitely come back soon.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

Gorgeous! The views from this appartment are stunning! You can see the water from the living room where we you can sit right by the window! We enjoyed the view every chance we got. But be ready to walk up few flights of stairs, that’s how you get the view! We were three staying and had plenty of room. The couch is pull out so we each had our own bed to sleep in. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked to cook dinner. The appartement is in a quiet area yet very close to restaurants and the Riva, great location. I would gladly book again.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

The place was very nice. Boze was a great host. He met us right when we arrived and helped with our 4 person family’s luggage which was very much appreciated. Boze explained everything about the apartment. It had everything we needed and more, beach towels!!! He arranged private parking for an additional 2 days while we went to Hvar. I highly recommend.

Ankica’s place was perfect. My friends and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The place looked even better in person than in the photos—every detail was perfect, and the space was spotless and spacious. Ankica was absolutely wonderful; despite our late arrival, she waited up for us with a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. This stay truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't recommend it enough!
