It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). We are located in a very quiet area, 10 minutes by car from the old town, if you don't like noise, but peace and quiet, this is the ideal location for you. The airport and the towns Trogir, Omiš, Kaštela are 20 min away by car. We have big free parking, 33 m2 heated pool with jet stream, 1000 m2 garden with shower, barbecue, playground, ambient lights, wi-fi, 75" TV, AC in each room, equipped kitchen. You can taste garden fruits grapes, figs & apricots.

Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. Casa Dvornik

Casa Dvornik is situated in center of Split only a 10 minute walk to the Riva and the Old Town. Since 1930 the house is owned by Dvornik family. In the front of the house there is the garden with many plants that the family has been tending for years. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee with the chirping of birds or have lunch in the shade of the grape-vine pergola. During hot summer days you can refresh and relax in the small pool/jacuzzi within the garden.
