Beachfront vacation rentals in Bacvice Beach

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

Excellent place for not very long stays. walkable distance to old city and port. Marjan park nearby is a gem. Fully equipped kitchen. New appliances. I would recommend.

Pero’s ground flat is a superb location to stay in split. It is walkable to the centre of split where there is lots to do, it is also close to the main beaches (5min walk). The flat has a lovely garden and is a up to date and relaxing area to stay while on holiday. The flat was exactly as described and easy to find and access. I went with a couple of my mates, we are young lads, and had a great time. Definitely would recommend and re visit.

Excellent petit appartement à proximité du centre ville.Un petit jardin où il es paisible de se reposer dans un endroit très calme. Je recommande vivement ce logement,et vous aurez pleins d'indication de la part de votre hôte, n'hésitez pas à lui demander des informations.

Davorka is one of the best host I have had yet. The area is beautiful and I can tell this will be the go to place soon. I visited in May 2025 and there is some construction and a new beach just opened. Davorka made sure we did not get lost by meeting us and driving us to the location. After that she welcomed us into the apartment and went above and beyond providing snacks and even fresh strawberries from her garden. She instantly made us feel like family. The area is in walking distance to the beach and a 10 min drive to old town. I highly recommend this stay. It fit 4 people comfortably with 2 bathrooms. I highly recommend staying here.

The location is perfect. Old town, bus station and train station is 10mins on foot from the location. The host is also friendly and responsive.

Really enjoyed our stay! The place is in a great spot — super close to the port, with lots of good food options and groceries nearby. Easy to get around, and you can easily walk to most of the main attractions. The room had everything we needed, with well equipped basics and essentials . Would happily stay again! Highly recommend!

Joško est toujours disponible pour nous aider et pro actif avec de super conseils pour sortir en ville et trouver de bons restaurants. BOOK THIS PLACE!! I cannot say enough about Ivan and his lovely home. He met us in the parking space and carried our luggage down the 200 steps to oceanfront paradise! When the brief tour of the house took us outside to the pool, hottub and oceanfront I almost cried. This was exactly what we needed on our vacation and it was better than expected. The house was stocked in every way imaginable, lacked nothing at all. Ivan made sure to leave us a welcome gift of food, wine and all kinds of yummy things. The house was SPOTLESS. Coming in May was so wonderful because we used the pool, ocean and hot tub in constant rotation. We ate our meals outside (there were two places with full 8-person dining tables) and enjoyed every moment here. My daughter's 20th birthday was during our stay and Ivan surprised us with a delicious treat from a local bakery! He also sent occasional local recommendations throughout our stay via message. It was very helpful! We LOVED this stay!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung. Der Ausblick und die Umgebung sind einfach wunderschön. Am letzten Tag konnten wir noch Delphine in der Bucht beobachten. Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel und sauber. Die Menschen waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir kommen supergerne wieder!

Wir waren zwei Wochen bei Toni – zuerst im Penthouse mit Whirlpool, dann eine Etage tiefer in der größeren Wohnung. Beide Unterkünfte waren sehr sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage war ruhig, die Aussicht top. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, Toni hat uns freundlich empfangen, Hilfe beim Gepäck angeboten und das Haus ausführlich gezeigt. Die Sauna, der Whirlpool und der Gemeinschaftspool waren super – überall konnte man ungestört entspannen. Der Parkplatz war gut erreichbar, und dank des privaten Wegs über Tonis Grundstück war man in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Ohne diesen Weg hätte man deutlich länger gebraucht. Meine Freundin und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben. In Tonis Airbnb fühlt man sich wie zu Hause – es ist an alles gedacht, und Toni sorgt dafür, dass es seinen Gästen an nichts fehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

We just finished a week in Stobrec and we really recommend this place. Stunning view and location but in close range of all you need. Stobrec has a lot of great restaurants and there is a local feel to the area than we really enjoyed. In top of this the hosts were very friendly.

oh where do I start, first time in Split and first time doing a villa through Airbnb can't see me going back to hotels if this the experience I get. The place was perfect, the outside space just amazing and inside so comfortable and homely. As must we all enjoyed Split as a holiday destination we all agreed it was the villa that made it. if such a thing as 11/10 I would give it.

From the get go Kristina & Luka were fantastic to deal with. Great communication & check in experience, I’ve never had a more personal check in experience during my Airbnb years it was lovely. We were travelling with our 15 month old girl & this place could not have been more perfect. Location was great, 10min walk into Split however you were out of the hustle & bustle, 5 min to the park & 10min walk to the best beaches. The pool was used daily as well as the climbing frame. They thought of everything a family could ever need. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely come back the next time we venture to this side of the world.

We had a great time staying in this location! The apartment was beautiful and it had everything we needed to eat in or go downstairs for coffee a few doors down -totally recommend. The hosts were proactive and communicated well. We were happy to have parking and then just used uber or walked everywhere for the rest of our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! I really enjoyed my stay at Hrvoje’s apartment. It was clean and pleasant. Had a nice view. Very close to the beach, lots of restaurants and the harbour nearby. Being in a busy city, there was some noise from restaurants on the street but we slept fine with earplugs. I would happily visit again!

Met drie meiden hebben we een kleine week doorgebracht in het appartement van Igor. Het appartement ligt in een rustige straat, alles was schoon en alles wat we nodig hadden was er. Het balkon was ruim genoeg om lekker van het zonnetje te genieten. Aan het einde van de straat zit een lekker bakkertje. Ook zijn er genoeg supermarktjes in de buurt. Het is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen naar het centrum van Split en het strand is ongeveer 5 minuten lopen.

The location is perfect. It takes only 5 min to walk to the old town where all the attractions are. Bakeries and buses are 2 min away. So you are near the actions but not among all the hustle and bustle. The only downside is that walls are pretty thin, and you can hear the conversations next door.

The location was easily walkable to the ferry port for our boat to Hvar and then our all day boat tour. Located close to downtown area where shopping and restaurants are plenty. Easy to find and safe parking spot included down the street from apartment. Perfect spot for our time in Split, Croatia.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is clean and well organized. We appreciated the special touches (having coffee creamer is a big plus for us! And the thoughtful local candy at our bedside tables). We slept peacefully each night. We also loved the proximity to the beach where we spent many hours. Thank you!

Toni's place is beautiful, sparkling clean, modern and with all the amenities of kitchen/bathroom that you would need. A parking spot is available and the location is very central to both Old Town and a beach (both a short walking distance). There are markets and supermarkets nearby. There is no laundry in this apartment but there is a laundromat nearby. We met Toni's parents who were so lovely, gave us an introduction to the area and the apartment, and were on hand if we needed anything. Definitely recommend this beautiful place for a stay in Split!

This apartment is beautifully decorated, the view of Split is spectacular, it has a well stocked kitchen, and plenty of drawers and closet space in the bedroom. There are restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Anita, the property manager, was exceptionally friendly and was waiting for us when we arrived with a saved parking spot. She was in frequent communication throughout our stay and had lots of helpful information. Highly recommend.
