There is a lot of comfy seating and loaded with original art. It has a fully stocked kitchen. Two bedrooms Queen upstairs and king OR twins on main floor (can be turned into King or twins). Single couch bed in living room and Futon sofa upstairs. There is 48 inch flat screen tv. Note: Internet and phone service may be spotty at times; with intermittent service. Please use coffee shop in Hot Springs for work if the on site services are inadequate for you. Please take time to relax and enjoy.

Quiet secluded vacation/hunting camp on 20 acres in Pocahontas County Wv. Family camp since the 70’s. A true camping experience with comfort. No cell service in area due to Greenbank Observatory’s regulations. 3 small bedrooms, Gas grill, picnic table, outdoor furniture, and fire pit. Tons of trout fishing close by , skiing, hunting, hiking and immediate wilderness access on the property. No other houses within a quarter mile! Great place to decompress and have some fun. WiFi, PET FRIENDLY.

Edifice Rex, a 300 square foot studio apartment, is only one mile and less than 2 minutes from Interstate 81 yet offers a very bucolic, peaceful setting. Countless cultural, historical and recreational opportunities exist within a 30 mile radius. The James River and Appalachian Trail are but minutes away. The name, "Edifice Rex" is to honor the caretaker on the property, a German Shepard named Rex. You will not have to interact with him ( he wears a radio collar) but he welcomes attention.

No range. Spiral stairs. The bathroom is open, but around the corner from living space, has a privacy curtain. Tiny Space with a great big view! Right on the Warm Spring! The Tannery! Dipping Pool! Pet Friendly!

The Tannery is such a charming home with a combination of antique and modern furnishings and art work. The location is outstanding. There is a big back yard that leads to a river with a private dipping pool. You can easily walk to the village and eat at the excellent Waterwheel restaurant . The Warm Springs baths are also very close and are very enjoyable. The bed at the Tannery is very comfortable, the shower water is plenty hot, and the kitchen well equipped. The internet is awesome. We would definitely like to return in the Spring or Summer.

It was a great stay with beautiful surroundings and her property was well maintained, making us feel safe. Inside was very spacious with an open concept, a very comfy couch with plenty of games and music to keep one occupied. Outside, she had the sweetest kitty that greeted us when we arrived, made me wish my cats were more like him. It was the most peaceful place I have stayed at so far. I highly recommend her and her place.

If you are looking for a wonderful, quiet place directly on the river, this is it! This outdoor property is fabulous. Large screen porch and a deck that sets right on the river. The sound and view are great. Inside is comfortable and well set up. Rhonda is super nice. She will definitely make your stay perfect.
