Very clean. It appears the kitchen has been recently updated. Nice to have coffee provided too. Great views too. The listing needs to be updated to reflect that there is WIFI which is very much appreciated!

The Tannery is such a charming home with a combination of antique and modern furnishings and art work. The location is outstanding. There is a big back yard that leads to a river with a private dipping pool. You can easily walk to the village and eat at the excellent Waterwheel restaurant . The Warm Springs baths are also very close and are very enjoyable. The bed at the Tannery is very comfortable, the shower water is plenty hot, and the kitchen well equipped. The internet is awesome. We would definitely like to return in the Spring or Summer.

Rhonda’s house was great — cozy, welcoming, and the perfect home base for our adventures to nearby state parks. Waking up to the beautiful view each morning was such a treat, and ending the day with s’mores by the fire made it even more special. Rhonda was incredibly communicative and helpful, especially when a bad storm rolled through and caused some damage. She responded quickly and kindly, which really helped put us at ease. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway!

Beautiful location, mountain backyard view. Very slow paced community which is very much appreciated from the fast paced life style from working in D.C. A much needed get away everything in the listing was accurate. The response time from the host was very quick and helpful. Would recommend this spot to anyone for a beautiful weekend getaway. Will be back again in the future for sure.

Had an amazing time staying on the property. Davidson was very easy to communicate with prior to arriving. The property we perfectly located between the Homestead Resort and Monterey. Was able to catch a couple of rainbow trout on the fly rod. Property is beautiful. Davidson even assisted with fixing a issue with my SUV, he said the day with his help. Would definitely stay again.

Historical property, with lavish updates. Such a beautiful setting, and a short drive to many wonderful attractions. The property was spotless and felt just like home! They even left fresh fruit and snacks, as well as milk and eggs and bread! They did more to welcome us and make us feel at home than any other Airbnb I've ever stayed at!
