Loved the place. AC worked great and the kitchen fan was perfect. beds were comfy enough for some solid sleep and we had a great couple of days there. would love to co.e back.

Super great deal.  Felt so homey as a family with kids. Cozy and clean house and a very kind owner. They welcomed us with personal greetings and fruits that my kids loved! The pool was so much fun! Not crowded as it is private and not pricey... its so affordable to guests who wants to swim. Complete items that a house should have. They offered soap and shampoo, towels and complete kitchen items. Overall this listing is one of the bests you could have in airbnb.

Location is good, near Clark and Friendship hiway where a lot of restaurants are located. The place is clean and bery near the gate. The pool is dirty though, I gues because there's a lot of construction going on and it's a community pool. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

Good for staycation, medyo malamok lang during our stay, maybe because its always raining. But we enjoyed our stay very cozy.

Huge space, lots to do, when you’re in the pool while listening to music it’s party vibe/feels because of the pool’s lighting, the sound of water falls in the pool is relaxing, our children and their cousins had so much fun, they all slept over at the huge loft type room with big beds. Will book this place again

Aya’s place looks exactly like the photos—what you see is what you get. Our family had a great time! The space is so big that everyone found their own cozy spot to relax and unwind. The AC is cold, check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the people on-site were kind and courteous, which made our stay even more comfortable. Aya was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and setting clear expectations about potential downsides like flies and occasional brownouts. But none of that stopped us from enjoying our stay. Everything we needed was provided, and she was even kind enough to set up the room just the way we liked. Overall, we had a blast—her place is definitely one of our favorite summer getaways!

Highly recommended place! We have booked here 2 years ago and was surprised to see the unit as clean and new as it was before. It looks like a new house and had to checked our previous photos to spot any renovated part . Haha. This is great for us a family of 5. Very clean , easy self check in, safe and secure gated parking and very kind and friendly hosts! We will definitely be back again 😍😍😍

Anei's place is situated in a safe gated subdivision. It was easy to find thru waze. The location is near downtown Angeles, near Clark, and also near San Fernando so everything is within easy reach. All in all it was a good place to stay. The price is reasonable and the host responds quickly. She even gave us complimentary cheese bread from the famous local bakeshop. It was delicious. Thank you!

Condo is great. Full kitchen, nice living area big balcony with seating, close to walking street. Could probably do with some updated bedding and a toaster. Racquel is a great host and was very attentive. I had a lovely stay.

The place looked exactly as advertised. The house is squeaky clean and very relaxing, highly recommended indeed. Perfect for family staycation. Location is great since it’s situated near famous restaurants. The kids soo loved the entertainment room and the pool. Spacious rooms each equipped with full bathroom, very convenient. Hope next time we could stay longer. Ms. Thet and Sir Aljay are very responsive, friendly and helpful.. We’ll definitely book again when we hit Pampanga.

This unit is so cozy. It has everything you need for a couple. It smells great and it’s just like a hotel. Love the interiors and the ambient lighting too. All kitchen needs are complete, and the bed is super comfortable. The host and caretaker are very attentive and helpful. They helped us find a parking slot in the same building which was so convenient. Definitely recommend this for those going around San Fernando/Lakeshore.

The house itself is worth every buck. There was an issue with the AC but they were able to resolve it right away. We had personal emergency but they did their best to assist us. The unit itself is very clean, modern look and the highlight is : it has direct access to the sky garden which is I like very much. Sobrang lawak nung sky garden for the kids to run around. (parang onti lng ung mga unit na meron nito) Complete din with toiletries, kitchen utensils, microwave and ref. 2 bathrooms are both very clean. The veranda is VERY SPACIOUS! I think you can do bbq there if I'm not mistaken. Wave pool - additional fee but worth it. Nabawi naman ung stress sa personal emergency namin. Will definitely come back if may chance ulit.

Place is so cozy and has everything that we needed for the stay. Bed is big and comfy and the bathroom is clean. Kitchen essentials are available for cooking. Place is nearby convenience store. If youre going somewhere in Clark, this is a nice place to stay in

Such a great stay at Jacques place! Clear instructions from check-in to check-out. We've enjoy the amenities the unit has in listing (esp. The Pool). The unit is quiet, free and away from noises. The room was also easy to be cooled by the Airconditioning unit (no direct sunlight since this is a corner unit). We were also able to cook our own food with the provided equipments. The Freezer of the Refrigerator is also one of the best in terms of cooling and freezing drinks!(quite fast). Kitchen sink and Shower have heated water, which is really great. I love this place, and i'll comeback to this of i'll be in Angeles again. Thanks Jacques! Such a great host.

the picture posted on the website looks old or maybe the lighting is not good but the unit looks great in person, all white, the tissue provided doesn't have cheap materials, the coffee also is not the kind of cheap ones, the internet is not that good for few days since I'm working remotely but it was a good experience, we had a peaceful stay, the host is responsive

My family had a great time staying at Luz's place. The check-in was seamless, the unit was clean, and it was conveniently located near the event we were attending. My kids loved the tower's swimming pool, and we had all the utensils we needed. There was a convenience store nearby, and the host was proactive in answering my questions—even the small ones. This is our second time staying at La Grande Residence, but our first time in Aaron’s unit — and we had a great experience. The location is very convenient, close to the mall, the airport, and Clark. Aaron is a kind, helpful, and responsive host. We highly recommend staying at his place!
