Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders in Erinnerung bleiben uns der herrliche Ausblick mit freier Sicht aufs Meer, die wohltuende Ruhe und die ideale Lage. Das kleine Häuschen ist ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort für entspannte Tage und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Pierfrancesco gab uns ausserdem wertvolle Tipps für kulinarische Entdeckungen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet; während unseres Aufenthalts gab es jedoch ein kleines Problem mit dem Boiler. Pierfrancesco hat sich schnell und unkompliziert darum gekümmert und eine tolle Lösung angeboten, sodass wir unseren Aufenthalt ohne Einschränkungen geniessen konnten. Vielen Dank Pierfrancesco!

The absolute best airbnb and host that we had during our two week trip to Italy. The apartment is stunning, and even better than the photos. We actually decided to stay in and cook dinner two of the nights because of how peaceful the space is and the gorgeous views everywhere you look. Barbara was incredible - helping us coordinate travel, always responsive and such a pleasant and kind person. Already thinking of planning our return trip!

Our home in Positano was the most beautiful in a most beautiful city. It was even better than the photos and exceeded our dreams. Fabrizia answered all my pre-trip concerns and questions and set us up with airport transfer and private driver. Carmella let us in and clearly explained everything at check in. The beds were comfortable and had extra blankets and pillows. The kitchen had everything we could need. The stairs are serious but all of Positano is stairs; that is part of the adventure of choosing to stay there. The home location was easy for grocery, restaurant, bus stop, and may I say once more, perfect for beauty.

We had such a great time in Positano at this apartment! First, the hosts were so responsive and pleasant to interact with. We were greeted at a restaurant and helped with our bags down a couple of flights of stairs to the apartment. The place is so charming and full of light. It’s larger than it seemed to me in the photos. The views were insane! We felt so lucky to have found this exact place. Everything in Positano is either a walk-up or walk-down…lots of steps and stairs.. but this place was very conveniently located near restaurants and shops so that if you were tired from a long day of exploring, you could easily have a nice dinner or grab provisions near your place. We would definitely highly recommend place and if Simona has other properties to rent I would recommend her company in general because they took excellent care of us and responded within minutes if we had questions or needed anything. Great place and great host!

Giulia è stata accogliente, simpatica, precisa e discreta. Le abbiamo indicato l'ora di arrivo e ci ha dato un punto di incontro dal quale ci ha accompagnati alla casa. La casa è in una posizione raggiungibile in auto salendo su una stradina della collina con una vista panoramica sul golfo di Napoli (penisola sorrentina e capri) a dir poco eccezionale. La casa è molto particolare: su due piani, ha uno stile rustico di campagna piena di dettagli che la rendono unica. Ci sono due bagni completi con doccia, una camera da letto matrimoniale con armadio grande e un soggiorno da castello con camino e un divano letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e profumati. Tutti gli accessori possibili e immaginabili erano presenti. Giulia ci ha lasciato tutto il necessario per poter eventualmente cucinare, e per fare colazione. La posizione della casa per noi è stata strategica per visitare Napoli (meno di 30 minuti dal centro) e gli scavi di Pompei (circa 20 minuti). Grazie!

Licia is the best air b n b host we have ever had! She made our trip seamless and was helpful in coordinating reservations and cabs. She is as very sweet and all of her recommendations were spot on. The home was even more beautiful than the photos. As the listing and many reviews state, it is at the top of Positano. The walk down was reasonable with many steps but only about 15-20 min to town. My mother was able to make it back up the steps one time but she did not prefer it and it took us around 45 mi, but like I said Lucia helped us coordinate rides and gave us bus instructions. There is also a nice restaurant at the top of the hill across the street called da constantino if you have a night you do not want to go to town.

Das war die beste Wahl für eine Unterkunft in Neapel! Auf der richtigen Seite, nämlich der gediegeneren, gepflegten und ruhigen Seite der Stadt mit tollem Blick auf die Küste und Capri. Roberta und Carlo sind super sympathisch, diskret, zu vorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Wenn man für 4 Personen bucht, erhält man eigentlich zwei Wohnungen, die über eine Treppe verbunden sind und perfekt ausgestattet sind. Von der Küche und dem unten gelegenen Schlafzimmer gibt es eine charmante kleine Terrasse mit Tisch und Liegen und vom oberen Stockwerk geht es direkt raus zu einer tollen Sommerküche mit grosser Terrasse mit Meerblick. Direkt vor der Haustür startet die Buslinie 140, die Euch direkt in die Innenstadt innerhalb von 20 Minuten bringt. Aber auch im Stadtteil von Posilippo gibt es gute Restaurants und direkt neben der Hofeinfahrt eine kleine steile Strasse nach unten zur felsigen Küste mit Bademöglichkeit und ein paar Restaurants und einer Bar auf einem Bootssteg. Wij waren ziek en hebben het appartement-helaas- bijna niet verlaten… De bank was comfortabel en het bad heerlijk. Op het dakterras kun je van de zonsondergang genieten.

The apartment was fantastic!!! Beautiful and just like it was pictured. Even better in person!!! Rita was the best host I have ever had. She answered promptly. Also suggested a driver that took us all over the island!!!! Vincenzo was amazing 🤩

I loved staying at this apartment in Naples which was very close to the city centre. Everything was very clean and tidy and there were even some snacks/breakfast essentials in a basket which added a nice touch. I can highly recommend this stay and Valerio was a great host!

Thank you Salvatore for such a lovely stay! Salvatore & Lello greeted us upon arrival with a gorgeous spread of bruschetta and snacks from their garden, along with homemade granita and wine. We felt so welcome and they made for a special experience in Positano. The view from the home is beautiful, we sat and enjoyed our wine on the patio. It is perfectly tucked above the busy city. A/c works well, house had everything we needed. They even gave us great recommendations for dinner that night as well as recs for our next destination. We loved meeting them, they were so sweet and kind. Friendly and responsive with any questions we had. Flexible with our check in. 10/10 stay

Nossa estadia com Maria foi excelente. A casa é linda, os quartos são confortáveis e a casa tem 2 banheiros, o que é muito útil pra grupos maiores. A cozinha também é bem equipada. A rua pra acessar a casa é estreita, precisa de muita atenção e realmente não é feita pra carros grandes. Nosso carro era alugado, categoria COMPACT, recebemos o Peugeot 2008, que é um carro médio. Minha sensação é que o tamanho dele estava próximo do limite pra passar nas vias. Atenção a esse ponto pra não ter dor de cabeça. Fora isso, nossa experiência foi ótima e a Maria nos recepcionou muito bem. Recomendo esse local!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Naples. It is close to transport links and the historical centre of Naples. The lift is a great asset. There is a mini bar on the communal terrace which was very kind of Fabio to provide.

Meeting Dede was a pleasure. She’s warm, friendly, helpful and so sweet. The apartment was impeccable. Stylish, spotless, cosy and had everything we possibly needed. It felt like a home away from home. Thank you dear Dede for your kindness and your lovely apartment. You were the perfect hostess.

We couldn’t have asked for a better spot in Naples! Luigi was responsive, flexible and helpful. We loved every minute!

Vi havde fem helt fantastiske dage i Luigis smukke hus. Vi nød roen og de smukke omgivelser fra både huset og terrassen med udsigt over Napoli-bugten og bjergene og vulkanerne i baggrunden. Huset er smukt og personligt både indvendigt og udvendigt, og har god plads både inde og ude. Da vi ankom, mødte Luigi og Salvatore os længere nede i byen og kørte med os op til huset, hvor de viste os alting, og om aftenen kom de med pizzaer til os alle sammen (en velkomstgave) - supersødt og sympatisk. Vi følte os virkelig velkomne og hjemme. En stor anbefaling herfra og tak til Luigi og Salvatore. Vi håber alle, at vi kan komme tilbage denne smukke perle af et hus en anden gang.

The villa was wonderful, clean, well equipped and had beautiful views! We were a party of 12 and there was plenty of room for us , there are 6 bathrooms too. The pool was brilliant, with the most amazing views. We used public transport the whole time we were at the villa, cheap and had no issues, the roads round there are a bit tight so we didn’t fancy driving ourselves. But the stand out for us was Alfonso! He booked restaurants, sorted pizza orders, gave us trip suggestions and arranged transfers. We had one issue and it was sorted the next day. Alfonso goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing stay and I have to say that most of this 5 star review is due to him. We would recommend staying here and loved it!

Villa Claudia is a jewel, gorgeous view, spacious, clean, comfortable, beautiful grounds, everything you would want. Claudia is a hospitality pro and it shows, terrific attention to detail and every amenity you would want. She stocked the kitchen and pantry for our arrival with everything we needed for the first evening and morning, and included an amazing Caprese cake, pasta, tomato sauce, eggs, milk, bread, tea, coffee and yogurt. Annamaria keeps the place super clean. The beds are really comfortable, which in my experience is very rare in Italy. We love to hike, and it's a nice hike down to Sorrento, and very easy up to Sant'Agata for groceries or cafes. We were very sad to leave! We will be back for sure!

This place and hosts genuinely exceeded all our expectations. Villa Rosella was absolutely spotless and immaculate! Franco (host) who lives right above the villa, thoughtfully provided us with a bottle of local wine, coffee, and some basicfood which was such a lovely touch after our long journey. He also spoiled us with local pastries left on our porch table every single morning, which became a cherished part of our routine. The beds were incredibly comfortable and cozy, ensuring restful nights. The convenience of a washing machine, complete with detergent, was also a significant bonus for a family on vacation. On our departure, Franco's generosity continued with a parting gift of homemade Limoncello, crafted with lemons from his own garden – a truly authentic and memorable souvenir. I honestly cannot praise Franco and Marco enough. If you're looking for an exceptional place to stay on the Amalfi Coast, stop searching and book this villa. You absolutely will not be disappointed.

We absolutely loved the garden and the pool, and Enzo’s dad was very sweet. The house was slightly shabby, but the bedrooms were comfortable and the air conditioning was really great. It was perfect for a family holiday, and we would definitely return to Ischia. The mini market is extremely useful and convenient. It was confusing that both the listing address and the map on the listing displayed different incorrect addresses. The last message Enzo sent contained the correct address, but it still left us confused and lost on arrival as the taxi driver had no idea where the house was. Luckily Enzo’s dad came and saved us. The kitchen was mostly well equipped, but lacked enough glasses, mugs and serving dishes to make cooking and serving family meals easy. However, we would still highly recommend the villa as the garden and pool made it a fabulous holiday destination. We loved Ischia. Enzo’s dad brought us homemade wine and eggs from the garden, and made us feel very welcome- many thanks!

Wir waren mit 9 Leuten über Silvester in Marinas Haus und haben die Ruhe und Lage und unser Beisammensein sehr genossen! Die Aussicht am Silvesterabend vom Belvedere war magisch! Marina ist ausgesprochen liebenswürdig und reagiert schnell, hat tolle Tipps und das ganze Haus war liebevoll und vorausschauend vorbereitet, mit Nudeln und Kaffee, Getränken und sogar einem Panettone! Die Lage ist einzigartig, sehr weit ab, sehr ruhig und nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen, was uns nicht gedörrt hat! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

The Villa is in a beautiful peaceful location and it was a very nice stay for our stay. Our kids loved picking the lemons off the tree to make lemonade and had the best time in the heated swimming pool. Gianluca, our host gave us lots of recommendations and made everything easy for our stay. He even picked us up in his car because it was raining and took us to the villa because the driver couldn’t make it all the way upon the small road to the house. it is a beautiful place with stand out views over the bay of Naples. The villa is clean, spacious and well equipped for a large family party. There is an excellent local deli and mini-mart at the top of the road and lovely restaurants nearby, and only a short walk from the station. We had a wonderful holiday.
