The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland

Perfect for a small family vacation. This 3 bedroom cottage is larger inside than it may appear. The pool, the fishing pier on the lake, and the beautiful views are its best amenities. The porch is the ideal place to just relax and unwind while you take in the gorgeous view of the lake. The pool area is only a few steps from the porch. This centrally located studio apartment is just a few minutes drive to all of Galveston's major attractions. The apartment has been updated with new flooring, paint, furnishings, cold AC, etc. It is located behind the main house in a separate building with a private entrance and a parking area for use by guests. Guests have access to the backyard of the main home. No loud behavior out of consideration for neighbors. Several convenience stores within walking distance. 0.6 miles to beach.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

Kemah Cottages on Walsh, Hospitality House and Tiny Dream House, are located in unincorporated area called Bayview, just 3 miles south of the Kemah Boardwalk, and 3 blocks from Galveston Bay. Like its postal neighbor, Bacliff, the area contains a diversity of homes and inhabitants. It might not be unusual to hear the neighbor's rooster crow midday. It is not on the water, or the beach, but it's country style near the Galveston Bay.
